Ukraine certainly deserves the ability to strike the terrorist wherever they can be found.

Supplying missiles and targeting them towards Russian population centers is an act of war and a violation of the UN Charter.
Russia has no choice but to protect the lives of its citizens and will have to escalate by providing nukes to Iran, Cuba and Venezuela and giving NK ICBM technology.

Very bad idea!
Ukraine and it’s western backers should come the the negotiating table and end this stupid war!

Well, isn't Russia entitled to defend itself after the ghastly Azovian militants August 6th attack on Russian civilians?
PS, there's a simple reason why the Russian position is that the Azovian's getting 'permission' to use NATO supplied weapons to attack 'deep in Russia' will be viewed as a NATO attack. Because it will start targeting those weapons before the warmonger states in NATO can get them into the Azovian's hands, and by making it clear that the strikes in NATO countries are a DEFENSE against ATTACK, the more sane countries of NATO have the grounds to refuse the warmongers attempts to invoke Article 7 to force them into a losing war.

So NK and Iran are at war with Ukraine? Good to know.
Russia knows the resolution to the Cuban missile crisis is not to be messed with and Cuba probably doesn't want any part of Putin's war either. The rest are fairly irrelevant but Russia will become a clear violator of the NPT.

Russian President Putin chose to invade Ukraine a independent sovereign country.
That was dictator Putin fatal mistake. Putin arrogance, blind and self-regard led him to believe that Ukraine its people would not fight back.
Current former Russian generals, leading members of the military privately warned, cautioned invasion could provoke a punitive negative response from a global democratic community that would arm Ukraine accordingly and inflict punitive sanctions.
Putin in his fit of hubris, his insufferable pride has brought Europe to the brink of a global conflict.
Ukraine must be armed every available weaponry land sea and air, to fight for survival.
Also without condition.

What land has your country volunteered to end a war? And Russia has only earned derision from the West, not anything needing negotiating over.

People outside of Russia are aware that a massive assault upon Ukraine is underway. They will not be fooled by cheap declarations that Russia is the victim.
They can declare anything they want. A strike on NATO from Russian territory with Russian units will treated as a Russian attack.
Yeah I suppose Hungary can sit out a war if Putin lets them. They are fairly irrelevant.

Spider web tats seem like a bunch of these men served quite a bit of time in prison, I didn't realize you could serve in the military, I guess each country has its own rules and laws regarding this.

Not surprising to read someone has deep inside info on Russian prison culture.

Banthu, let me do some correcting and editing:
"Supplying missiles and targeting them towards Ukraine's population centers is an act of war and a violation of the UN Charter. Ukraine has no choice but to protect the lives of its citizens.....!"
There you go, piece of cake!
Ukraine prevails!

That sounds like what happens every day in Ukraine. The Muscovite regime is entitled to stop these attacks by just recalling its troops.

Russia is now sending reserve troops from the march on Pokrovsk to the Kursk region.

Well, I don't play games or watch TV, so I guess reading books is the only way to know and grow.

Ukraine is free to attack deep into Russia if it has its own armaments capable of doing so. But Ukraine doesn’t. What Zelensky wants is NATO-made long-range missiles.
The problem with this is that Ukraine lacks both the technical staff and the satellites to make targeting on said missiles work. U.S. military crews would have to perform most of the roles on behalf of Ukraine. This would make NATO an active belligerent in the war and open all of Western Europe to attacks by Russia.
There is a very sensible reason not to give Zelensky what he wants.

"Ukraine renews calls on the West to approve long-range strikes on Russian territory."
Why escalate already volatile situation? Why not call for peaceful solutions from both sides.

Which of Putin's private gangs has replaced the Wagner Group, and where all in the world, especially places where there are resources that Putin wants to control, are the gangs currently riling up locals preparing for another war. That is: where else around the globe are the Kremlin copying the warmongering tactics they used in Ukraine?

This is not at all Ukraine striking Russia with these missiles; they do not have the capacity.
This would be NATO using Ukrainian soil to fire missiles at Russia; a very dangerous escalation.
Ukraine is losing and will not win. It is best for NATO to cut their losses, the eastern part of the former Ukraine is not worth WW3.

Shut this war down, It Is NOT going anywhere.

"Biden answered, “I don’t think much about Vladimir Putin.”"
This dishonest and bragging phrase from Biden is revealing.
The US government has never been interested in negotiating to end the war. It used Boris Johnson to go to Kiev and sabotage a settlement that could have prevented the war.
RFK Jr has talked about this repeatedly.

Zelenskyy and Bibi are trying to DRAG NATO in to their wars, could care less about the consequences.

Looking the main photo tells it all, Ukrainian and Russian young men as young as 17 are being fed in to the meat grinder, sad to see these young talents and energy being wasted in a meaningless war.

US giving Ukraine gps coordinates of Russian bases for attack, would be a redline for even the US

Start prepping now. The globalists will get their WW III war if Harris wins

Hmmmm, if someone much stronger than you invaded your home, harmed your family and decided to occupy and the only advice from your friends, your allies and the authorities was you were involved in a "stupid war" and you should come to a negotiated sentiment, how would you feel? Ukraine did not start this war, it's defending itself and targeted strikes on military targets and infrastructure within Russia supporting it is well within Geneva Convention protocols.

Sounds like a recipe for WW3
Mr Kipling
The latest propaganda effort from Kiev. Anything to divert attention from their defenses collapsing in the Dombas and the previous stunt, the pointless invasion in the Kursk area, now ending with horrific consequences for the Ukrainian forces being slaughtered for nothing.

Putin will never attack a NATO country.

Mr Kipling
The invasion in Kursk is diverting Russian troops from the Donbas... so hardly pointless.

I would not be surprised if Putin does this before the war is over. He's not getting any younger and the temptation to call NATOs bluff might become irresistible for him.
If Russia were to launch a pinpoint strike on military supplies crossing the border while still in a country like Romania or Poland, and then issue a statement acknowledging the extraordinary nature of this strike and how the decision was not taken lightly but was considered vital for Russia's security, how would NATO actually respond?
Would there be a retaliatory strike on Russia? Would there be a declaration of war and triggering of Article 5? What would it look like? Which NATO nation would authorise the attack to be launched from its territory given the obvious risks?
For better or worse, NATO would likely be frozen with indecision and disagreement on how to proceed, calling into question its relevance.

Well....., he might but that would be the end of him, Russia or possibly all of us so is that a gamble he is willing to take, I'm highly betting not. He knows Russia could not win a conventional war with NATO, he can't even take Ukraine and his stock piles of cold war hardware is being eliminated faster than they can replace it, the Chinese don't see a desire to help out any longer and the Russian economy is being decimated. Putin is on his last leg and starting a fight with NATO will not be tolerated by those who have the power to issue a so-called Black Swan Event.

I don't imagine Russia could even find one of these shipments. Otherwise they could just hit it when it crosses the border.
TokyoLiving
With Putin's warning, they will not do it, even though the US government is desperate for the war not to end before November so that Kamala wins.

I think we are a bit past that point already.

The question boils down to whether you really think that NATO and liberal western governments would immediately decide to annihilate millions of Russian civilians with nuclear missiles if Russia launched a single limited strike on an arms depot or shipment within a NATO state. Would that not be irrational and unhinged?
The problem for NATO is that its credibility relies on that commitment of an immediate and overwhelming response to defend its members at any cost. If that response doesn't come for whatever reason, the alliance is finished. It's tempting bluff to call for someone in Putin's position.
The point would not be to successfully hit an actual shipment. It would only be the pretext for a limited strike within NATO territory.
