Kyiv said it shot down 15 of 20 Russian drones, while Moscow claimed to have destroyed 31 Ukrainian drones.

Russian air defences had a 100% success rate

Yeah, it is easy to have a 100% success rate when you have no press to verify anything you say.

All is not well for the Russian invader if he can't even push out these bridgeheads with no heavy equipment (allegedly).

Randy - you know what's crazy though? Is that you have managed to figure it out, but the Ukrainians haven't.

Ukraine forces are getting suckered into a trap

Russia is sneaky

If Russia is so sneaky, why did they lose so many troops in the Dnipro?

What's the difference between three to eight clicks when you are already 70% of the way there, while shooting down 250% of the inbounds, holding zero elections and all the cash and munitions go to a different theatre, and TIME magazine turns on you, and then the aide of the top general gets a few grenades with his B'day bottle of whiskey, after someone else ordered daily 500m advances while hoping Dave Cameron will sweep in and write the ongoing cheque to pull the chestnut out of the raging bonfire...

You seem to think all of that garbage means something when it means Russian lines have moved backwards.

The main photo inadvertently shows two UAF attempting to setup an 82mm mortar with what appears to be a fence in the background that is very typical of residential dwellings, while sorting out the front steps (hint - it's a knockoff Yugoslav model, screws the opposite of NATO pattern). The rifle in the foreground leaning against the tree is another issue. There are two accidents waiting to happen here.

Compared to those few Wagners who quickly advanced to 200 km before Moscow, this news here is about nothing, under whatever military considerations.

3 to 8 kilometers wow!

Isn’t it like 20,000 square kilometers they need back?

Got to keep that positive mantra going to fool the Nato states into keeping the money flow. Landing a few targets across a river with no bridge, no supply and no protection from drones and artillery is futile. But of course the Ukrainians know this, it is a media show. Nothing more. Sad for the brave Ukrainian soldiers being sacrificed.
