What nonsense. Whats the matter aint the mullahs ever seen a pretty gal before?

Must be their new traffic safety campaign.

The veil could become a driving hazard. Try driving with a hoodie on - when ya turn your head, the hoodie doesn't always turn with you and thus block your peripheral vision.

I´d be the last one to defend a Shariah country, but your statement is misleading. The Shiite mullah state only demands that women cover their hair -- they are not asking for the full tent.
In Wahabi Saudi-Arabia, on the other hand, women are not allowed to drive at all (or to travel without permission from their owners, aka hubbies or relatives). Just to put things in perspective!

Sarcasm is lost on you.
