How much will this cost? Over 30 countries. But I guess NATO has to do something with the 2% of GDP they want from each country...

You and other like-minded didn't raise concerns about the cost of Russia's or China's recent military exercises.  Why the concern for cost whenever the U.S., Japan or NATO conducts similar military exercises?

NATO expanding its power in Russian door step is wrong and it's a hostility against Russia. Former President Obama's isolation Russian policy has revitalized cold war hostility between Russia and the West. Now, Chinese military is growing fast and its advance military hardware need to address and include in the INF. They must renegotiate new INF terms and the new INF must be included Russian, Chinese and American. Otherwise, the Chinese military will be advantaged over the United State and the advance military hardware and technology competition will grow between the American and Russian and the Chinese. The world powers have duty to maintain world stability and peace.
