if people continue to go to work while feeling unwell.
This problem exists all over the world.
Especially in Japan.
The reason for that is that most of the companies managements "force" the people via harassment, bullying and so on...to come to work.
Therefore people are scared to stay home and go to work.

Australia is so hopeless. Glad I’m not there, at least.
Sure. Punish the whole state because five people died in a home for the aged.

In other words, one person in 150,000 has died of covid so far. Of those, how many were in nursing homes or already, how can I say this politely, already in their final days? How many were healthy people with no underlying health issues?
This is no reason to shut down a nation or an economy.
More fear porn.

Dreadful.
Keep dismissing it at your peril.

You won't be wearing a mask or taking a vaccine, if and when it comes, then?

@memory
Where are you then?
Yes, the situation in Victoria isn’t good but we’re doing the best we can.
I’m in the west and things are pretty much back to normal, maybe because we were a bit more vigilant?
Sitting on the train now and not a mask in sight..

Do not get cocky. I must apologise to the Victorians who are affected by this outbreak cause I believe one silver lining of it is to show that Australia is not immune to the wrath of covid-19 and Aussies must remain vigilant in order to contain this virus.

@Yoshi
I’m not getting cocky, at least that was not my intention. As BigYen said I’m frustrated that it wasn't handled as well as it should have been over there. And I was involved in the WA response.
In any event just hope they can get on top of things soon as it does affect the whole country.
