No it's not. Let's not redefine fake news. Fake news is news written with the intent to deceive. It is NOT news you don't like, or news that doesn't say as much as you would like. To be fake news, it requires falsehoods, and those falsehoods have to be intentional.
You have not shown any falsehoods in the article, therefore you have not shown it to be fake news. You may be exposing sloppy reporting with a lack of detail, but that is not the same thing as fake news. That's just news you don't like.
Fake news has a very clear definition, and every time someone tries to describe news they don't like as 'fake news', it does a disservice to those who are fighting real 'fake news'.

Whether one thinks its a good deal or not (I'm in the "it was better than nothing camp") is a different thing than whether one thinks it a good idea to end the deal.
America gets a lot more favorable deals if other nations believe American sticks to its word. Undermining this deal will make every other future deal much harder and less favorable. Including NKorea, which seems to be one area where Trump has some potential for success.
