Gabbard will lose this suit because of the high standard of evidence she must meet.

Gabbard, unlike rational adults, wasn’t suspicious when Donny encouraged her. That says all you need to know about this woman. Her potential rival praises her and she doesn’t find it suspicious at all.

Hillary is becoming more Like a Godmother everyday. No, not the caring kind, the equivalent to a mafia Godfather. The Vito Corleone type.

Maybe, but this is the only real way to clear her name of Clinton's moronic comments.

And it will result in some free publicity (like this article) to boot.

Tulsi is the best of the candidates out there.

Way past time for Hillary to leave politics.

Tulsi is the best of the candidates out there.

The book's still out for me. I want to believe what she says about climate change, big oil and wars for big oil. But she's been a serial flip-flopper. And who knows why Trump's not attacked her, and whether she has any connection whatsoever to Putin's oligarchs. Her reported connection to Modi worries me. Is her brand of Hinduism similar to his, which to me is based on bigotry and discrimination. What does she actually believe about Hindu caste systems. America's a country divided along all sorts of 'castes' and classes. It needs a unifier, not someone whose religion justifies discrimination. Like I said, the book's still out.

Tulsi has some guts to sue Clinton. Watch your back, Tulsi.

Tulsi's in a tizzy over that?

My goodness Tulsi if you're that thin-skinned yet want to be president, you've got to get off your high horse and walk the ground with the rest of us. Pick your battles. And when you fling accusations, as you had, you better take what you give.

Seriously.

Good post. Gabbard has lots of fans on the right and I hear those who watch Joe Rogan. Her religiously inspired bigotry in the past was pretty ugly and she’s uncomfortable when challenged on her views on Assad.

Not the worst candidate I’ve seen but I don’t get the fan club.

I want to join the lawsuit.

"She's the favorite of the Russians, they have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far, and that's assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not, because she's also a Russian asset," Clinton said.

Yeah, what the anti-Trump movement need most right now is an embittered former Democratic candidate dumping on a rising star and the left by using the kind of language that sounds like it came out of the mouth of Richard Nixon in 1968. HRC should just accept that she's never going to be President and shut the hell up, because by coming out with this kind of stuff she sure isn't doing anyone any favours except Donald Trump.

Clinton should shut up. She's like a really bitter ex that won't leave you alone...

Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee in 2016, had said on a podcast in October that Russians were grooming one of the Democratic presidential candidates for a third-party bid, but did not name the candidate.

"She's the favorite of the Russians, they have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far, and that's assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not, because she's also a Russian asset," Clinton said.

Stein was the Green Party candidate in the 2016 presidential election.

After the podcast comments, Merrill confirmed to Politico that Clinton was referring to Gabbard.

The Gabbard lawsuit said Clinton had refused to apologize or retract the comments, which it described as "devastating to a United States politician's reputation," and made them knowing they were false.

Oh that Hillary. What a jokester. Just because Hillary choses to trash the reputation of a fellow Democrat, it doesn't mean that she's just another washed up politician seeking attention. And, of course, the CNN-types simply can't prevent themselves from repeating Hillary's under-handed slander, and libel.
