I'm surprised Spain hasn't raised the Gibraltar issue recently. Keeping their powder dry until the last minute perhaps.

Spain will veto any future UK re-entry to the EU unless the UK gives up sovereignty over Gibraltar. I guarantee it.

With all the “push me pull you” red lines, political playground huffing puffing, how dare you very much is it any wonder or surprise that the process of any recognisable form of negotiation has effectively failed?......500 million EU citizens are being provided an inane political spectacle of Punch and Judy..... not exactly “the way to do it”.

The EU council of minster will ultimately make the decision in secret. A fate that the Greek Government had to endure.

The EU should not sacrifice the peace process in Ireland just to placate Brexiteers.
