Seems easy enough to prove.

Based on what? Nothing is ever easy to prove when your team half the time denies reality even when faced with staunch facts, and the other half of the time absolutely believes things for which there is no evidence.

Has anyone read the guardian article? Did they actually provide any evidence of said meeting?

Oh this will be awesome if true heh.

Based on that I’m sure an embassy keeps records of who enters. I didn’t know meeting Assange is a crime now though.

There's the trail - and the smoking gun - Russian FSB hacks Democratic server, gives e-mails to Assange who then uses his cover as WikiLeaks to provide the info to Manafort and Gates, who are the Trump Campaign and Dep Campaign Chairmen.  And since both have or are cooperating with Mueller, who did they share this info with?  Ivanka, Jared, Don Jr, Daddy?  I imagine Michael Flynn and Michael Cohen know too - and they both are cooperating.

Here come the collusion and conspiracy indictments....   Welcome to Mar-a-Lockup.....

That doesn't make it easy - your team has consistently denied facts and evidence, just plugging your ears and saying 'nah nah poo poo'. How would this time be any different? They could show video of the meeting, and your team would call it fake news.

So no, contrary to your statement, it's not easy to prove at all. Proof requires both teams accepting reality.

Manafort could be telling the truth and Mueller could be lying or the other way around. Don’t know, not sure, but Manafort hasn’t been the most truthful person, although I think Mueller is way, way overreaching on this witch hunt and given the history of the FBI and Hoover, being dirty is not out of reach for the FBI. So I don’t know who to believe.

Manafort could be telling the truth and Mueller could be lying or the other way around

Looks like we’re going to find out really soon.

Mueller is way, way overreaching on this witch hunt and given the history of the FBI and Hoover

In a story literally about one of the investigation’s successes, you’re trying to claim it’s a witchhunt. The level of delusion in the right runs deeeeeeeeeeep. Especially given the history of the FBI and Nixon.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Might have been a Mueller success but it’s still unrelated to Trump or the election.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

So what? Look how much corruption it’s already exposed. It’s been a raging success already. Everything to come is just icing on the cake.

And there is LOTS of icing to come. The few brief glimpses we’ve seen from the investigation have been extremely telling as to what they know.

manafort couid gave been handled within the regular justice system. This was neither a trump nor election related issue.

Just given to mueller to try to force him to “flip” on Trump. Which he didn’t, or can’t because nothing happened.

Ive been hearing about this stuff coming for 2.5 years now. At this rate Trump will complete 2 full terms before anything is proven.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

So why did the Guardian already selectively edit their story if it’s true?

Looks like we’re going to find out really soon.

Maybe.

In a story literally about one of the investigation’s successes, you’re trying to claim it’s a witchhunt.

Success? Nothing about Russia at all, nothing;g that puts the President that he colluded with anyone. Still in office, won’t be removed....like digging for truffles.

The level of delusion in the right runs deeeeeeeeeeep. Especially given the history of the FBI and Nixon.

Nixon? The FBI under Hoover has always had a history with corruption, so no surprise here.

He was.

This was neither a trump nor election related issue.

It was. Who have Wikileaks the emails? Who did Manafort coordinate with to benefit Trump during the election?

> Just given to mueller to try to force him to “flip” on Trump. Which he didn’t, or can’t because nothing happened.

It wasn't "given" to Mueller, Mueller uncovered it during the course of his investigations.

Why are conservatives so soft on crimes committed by other conservatibes but so harsh on imaginary crimes not committed by liberals? It sure makes conservatives look even more like jackasses.

Which he didn’t, or can’t because nothing happened

Yup, nothing happened that must be why Manafort's legal counsel ran over to the Whitehouse to brief the president.

Totally.

Yes, we understand, it's so hard - you could believe a convicted felon (8 counts) who will soon go to trial for more charges to include witness tampering, who is in hock to Russian oligarchs, who supported a Russian-backed Ukrainian politician, and who runs around wearing $5K ostrich-skin suits, or you could believe a decorated Vietnam Vet, a former Marine, former head of the FBI, former US Attorney who prosecuted and convicted John Gotti.

That's a tough one....

Might have been a Mueller success but it’s still unrelated to Trump or the election.

??? Manafort - Trump Campaign Chairman - Assange - Wilkileaks - e-mails - Trump...

manafort couid gave been handled within the regular justice system. This was neither a trump nor election related issue.

??? He did - he referred this case to the New York District Attorney - which means as a non-federal crime, he can't be pardoned by Trump...

Just given to mueller to try to force him to “flip” on Trump. Which he didn’t, or can’t because nothing happened.

Force? This sleaze cried like a baby trying to get out of any jail time. Nothing happened? So tell us what else you learned when you were in Mueller's meetings....

Ive been hearing about this stuff coming for 2.5 years now. At this rate Trump will complete 2 full terms before anything is proven.

2.5 years? Mueller was impanelled in Mar 2017 - subtract a year from your false figure. And so far 37 indictments with many of those plea deals - you know - "I plead guilty"... There's your proof, if your head can accept it without exploding.

And you're wrong again - Trump will complete three terms - one each for collusion, obstruction, and conspiracy...

It's always humorous when conservatives display their ignorance of how investigations work.

Nixon? The FBI under Hoover has always had a history with corruption, so no surprise here.

The FBI hasn't been under Hoover for decades, so you cannot use "has always had." Sweet writing skills.

Nixon? The FBI under Hoover has always had a history with corruption, so no surprise here.

And the administration had a history of corruption with Nixon, which was exposed by the FBI.

" Mueller is working toward finalizing a report on his probe into whether Russia and Trump's campaign colluded in the 2016 presidential election.

2 years and $30,000,000 of taxpayers' money and he still doesn't have anything on this. Got a couple of tax cheats though, lol

Mueller is an embarrassment.

So many foolish comments in this threat. If Manafort visited Assange then why aren't the dates he went published??? His passport and Embassy logs would substantiate the accusations. There would even be video proof of his being there due to the high security at that Embassy. This is just another vague accusation that attracts hate filled SJW. It can be very easily proven if he was or wasn't there. So why doesn't the newspaper do it??

I'm tired of posting 37 lines of text with all the Trump associated sleazebags, Russians, and self-admitted felons that Mueller has indicted...but I'm sure this poster will continue to falsely state that "it's nothing..."

Mueller is an embarrassment.

The embarrassment is the walking Cheeto that storms the halls of the White House at 3:00 AM eating Big Macs and using Twitter - and that's the least embarrassing thing he does...

Mueller is a decorated combat Vet, who successfully has prosecuted members of organized crime, you know, mobsters like the ones your sainted President pals around with...

"Mueller is a decorated combat Vet"

That doesn't excuse this witch hunt.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

What witch hunt?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

It's standard practice for quite some time to just publish stories with extremely vague information or ones with no basis or truth in them. This much ado about nothing of an investigation really is just a silly mind game between the others vs. Trump and another way to waste tax payers' money. The real suckers here are the tax payers. Mueller will have job security for a while.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

"What witch hunt?"

It is what it is, Stranger. It's based on a phony dossier paid for by Clinton.

Which reminds me.... where is the server and the 33,000 emails?
