cracaphat - No doubt will be reading soon enough how Obama didn't condemn the violence and looting earlier.

Obama didn't condemn the violence and looting earlier. cracphat said it first.

Obama speaks in a manner that preciously would be called presidential. The people listen with respect.

Trump speaks, and divides. Threatens to shoot protestors. Pushes for a military solution. Speaks in the current “presidential” manner.

Obama during the Trump presidency: let’s come together and stop this rioting.

Trump during the Obama presidency: he was born in KENYA.

Hell of a contrast.

Wow, talk about desperation.

Obama made such a leadership-based statement, that the best criticism the right can come up with is that he didn’t say it fast enough.

Um, he’s not the sitting president. And shall we contrast their statements? One is full of hate.

It was nice when we had a President with class.

The contrast between the current White Supremacist in Chief, serial liar, Clorox injector, full-time golfer, and violence instigator, and former President Obama is striking...

An entertainment-world comparison that Trump would understand - he's Stormy Daniels while Obama is Meryl Streep...

Seriously, man, just no.

You are so wrong and want to desperately disparage Barack Obama, who most definitely would not have had this amount of rioting and loss of control in America, if he were still president, that Trump is experiencing.

Trump is a racist and an idiot, two things, Obama is not.

No, it's clear Obama is wrong, since he didn't make a statement fast enough for our far-right extremists.

Strangerland - Obama speaks in a manner that preciously would be called presidential. The people listen with respect.

Trump speaks, and divides.

People like yourself, perhaps? Obama knew at the beginning of his term that his Just-Us Dept was running illegally purchased firearms into Mexico, and Obama knew at the end of his term that the Russians were trying to influence the U.S. elections in 2016. He just forgot to tell the American voters. The Democrats began their attacks on the Trump administration before Trump even took office. Trump has been counter-punching his attackers, and the Democrats hate that. So does the Democrat's pet media outlets. Democrats have divided the country, and hate everyone who won't follow their hive mindset. Obama is entitled to his opinion, but that's about all.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday condemned the use of violence

....and if Trump does the same, our Trump bashers spring in actiong and say is is asking for violence.

Did he really call these people "thugs"?

In both cases, Obama was critical of the violence, saying they hindered efforts to curb police misconduct. In 2015, during the Baltimore protests, he blasted "the criminals and thugs who tore up the place."

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

First, he didnt hold anyone accountable for the violence to date and demand that they specifically stop.

Second, he didnt demand that people stay home to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Its just gone, magically disappeared!

@sunfunbun

@cracaphat

The previous president also experienced riots on his watch.

Some say, one cause was that Obama wasn’t doing a good enough job...

Obama, who remains perhaps the most popular figure in the Democratic Party...

This is one of the reasons why the Democratic Party is so out of whack.

... endorsed Biden for president in April

He can't be this dumb. Nah, guess he is this dumb.

It was nice when we had a President with class.

I remember Reagan too!

The contrast between the current White Supremacist in Chief, serial liar, Clorox injector,

He never suggested injecting Chlorox. You need to walk that back and apologize.

Trump is a racist and an idiot

That statement has no basis in reality.
