A slaughtering Islamic extremist.

Newly-elected president Ebrahim Raisi, will export his form of terrorism unless the Global community faces up to the fact.

If this extremist thug ever gains a nuclear capability with the means to deliver at will the Armageddon on the scale strategists envisage.

Then it is time then to accept military action is inevitable.

Such action must be prolonged until defeat is total.

Enders game.

Love how the Israeli regime (nuclear weapons rogue state, one of the leading regimes when it comes to being a state sponsor of terrorism and committing acts of terrorism as official government policy, and who's every member is committed or complicit in Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes) projects all its bad intent onto Iran.

Note that the IAEA inspectors who have had decades of access to every site in Iran where enriched nuclear material is made, stored, used, and disposed of keep finding no more (indeed, far less) evidence that Iran is even thinking about developing a nuclear weapon than has been found for the claim that the election was stolen from Trump, and yet, somehow, it is seen as credible to make that claim about Iran, and ridiculous to point out that claim to have been definitively debunked repeatedly, whereas the opposite is true when it comes to the Trump claim.

What about this or what about that, half a dozen of this, half a dozen of that, Israel is guilty of this, Iran is guilty of that,

President Ebrahim Raisi is an existential threat to Israel, there no escape from this fact.

The Israeli Government will launch a devastating first strike on Iran, And will not hesitate to launch tactical nuclear weapons. diplomacy/politics will go straight out the window, an irrelevance.

Israel has nuclear weapons; it shouldn’t be casting my stones at others for wanting nukes.

Israel is an ally to the US.

Iran chants Death to America!

Iran seeks to "wipe Israel off the face of the map."

Not to difficult to determine which country should and shouldn't have nukes.

Ebrahim Raisi was a member of the “Death Commissions,” which oversaw the 1988 massacre of more than 30,000 political prisoners. Iranians. His own people.

Exactly,

Israel like all nuclear bomb countries should allow the IAEA to inspect and report.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Israel has never admitted it has nuclear weapons.

It is not a signatory to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Israel does not threaten other countries. Israel has even offered to live peacefully with a Palestinian state, if that state promises to stop seeking to destroy Israel.

And Israel is not an enemy of the West like Iran is.

So, no need for silly inspections.

Israel: An estimated 90 plutonium-based nuclear warheads with fissile material for up to 200. Possess the ability to deliver them in several methods, including by aircraft, as submarine-launched cruise missiles, and via the Jericho series of intermediate to intercontinental-range ballistic missiles.

Israel routinely threatens its neighbors. It’s weird how some people throw out critical thinking when it comes to certain topics. It happens a lot around ethnicity and religion.

P. Smith, You do fully understand and comprehended the depths of murderous intent Ebrahim Raisi is capable of, and you politically support this appalling mass murder obtaining/developing a nuclear capability?

Iran: Ebrahim Raisi must be investigated for crimes against humanity

https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2021/06/iran-ebrahim-raisi-must-be-investigated-for-crimes-against-humanity/

The Israeli government and people view Ebrahim Raisi as the arbiter of the next holocaust.

Israel will unilaterally strike as sure and night follows day, if the global community doesn't act decisively.

An action that will, not could, drag US Government into a another war. The consequences are obvious. The devastation will make the Iraqi war pale in comparison.

Don't play the political want about card .

Excellent point.

I don’t support Iran, Israel, or any country having nuclear weapons.

A question isn’t a point, it’s an inquiry.

My favorite part of the US/Israel alliance is the unprovoked Israeli attack on the USS Liberty. Nothing screams reliable ally like fighter jets strafing you ally’s ship.

The US has nuclear weapons. I am from the US. I support the US having nuclear weapons. Why wouldn't I?

Oh, and the UK attacked the White House in 1812. Am I still angry with them? Silly.

And I support the UK, France, Israel having nukes---all peace-loving, long-term friendly allies of the US.

Why wouldn't I?

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

The UK was the enemy of the US in 1812; Israel never officially been an enemy of the US. False equivalency.

*The list of nations that secretly sold Israel the material and expertise to make nuclear warheads, or who turned a blind eye to its theft, include today's staunchest campaigners against proliferation: the US, France, Germany, Britain and even Norway.*

What an ally Israel is to the US. Stealing American secrets and strafing an American naval vessel. Such a peace-living country Israel is. With friends like that, who needs enemies?

False equivalency.

Wrong.

Israel wasn't a US ally during the attack on the USS Liberty.

Worth repeating to stay on point.

Attacked in international waters

In May 1968, the Israeli government paid US$3.32 million (equivalent to US$24.7 million in 2020) to the U.S. government in compensation for the families of the 34 men killed in the attack. In March 1969, Israel paid a further $3.57 million ($25.2 million in 2020) to the men who had been wounded. In December 1980, it agreed to pay $6 million ($18.8 million in 2020) as the final settlement for material damage to Liberty itself plus 13 years of interest"

Yet:

During the Six-Day War, Israeli aircraft and torpedo boats attack the USS Liberty in international waters off Egypt’s Gaza Strip.

Weird way to not be an enemy.

P. Smith, I understand your intentions here, and agree without doubt your abhorrence of nuclear proliferation.

Ebrahim Raisi, fundamental Islamic extremist ideology was behind Salman Abedi suicide bombing of Ariana Grande concert Manchester, resulting in the deaths of 22 innocents.

The point in question, is if Ebrahim Raisi was ever to fully develop nuclear weapons technology.

For Ebrahim Raisi it would represent the ultimate suicide terror weaponry.

Ebrahim Raisi would without fear of repugnance, repudiation, sacrifice his entire country, all its people, men women, children to his blinkered extremist ideology.

We could spend a month of Sundays huffing and puffing the what about Israel card,

It will still come around to the same conclusion, Ebrahim Raisi is a mass murder, a Islamic fundamentalist, an existential threat to the very notion of any western form of democracy.

The question is how the global community deals with Ebrahim Raisi?

No room to what about here

Hammer down time is the here and now.

No amount of what about belly button gazing will change that fact
