The US should look to Japan for foreign worker visa ideas.

Also, Canada has a shortage of workers, over 300,000 at small and medium sized companies. They should get in on this worker visa plan

Some migrants clambered over a tall fence to cross into the United States from Tijuana on Tuesday, hoping to speed their asylum applications by turning themselves over to U.S. Border Patrol officials.

Bottom of the pile of applications. Violating US laws shouldn't be rewarded.

No. I don’t think so. The Mexicans let em’ into their country knowing Trump would stop them at US border. Mexico has no say so on who the US issues work visas to.
