However, the far right NY Post reports Russia's 'Supreme Leader' won't get one.

Via their untested vaccine that has no documentation on safety or effectiveness.
Wonder how that’ll go....

The coronavirus vaccines is not specially difficult to produce and is not likely to have important side effects, so it is more likely than not that the Russian vaccine will end up being at least useful.
Nevertheless the international protocols for testing and vigilance of negative reactions are there for a reason, and skipping it without valid scientific reasons is dangerous in a larger scale than just this vaccine. Sometimes things go wrong, and biology is not an exact science, a phase III clinical trial of 6 months is for now the minimum that can be used to prove the vaccine is safe enough to be used in a larger scale.
Maybe this time nothing will happen, or the next time, but if this shortened testing becomes the norm eventually something will go wrong.

Same as the UK. At least the mass human guina pig tests will give some reliable statistics if the results are not suppressed.
