Looking forward to a National/Act coalition taking power next month and booting Ardern from office.

LOL, Labour will steamroll National, it will be a complete rout - they wont even need NZ First.

what problem is that, having one of the lowest deaths per capita in the world, meanwhile some countries have almost 100 times the death per capita and can even get their 1st wave contained yet!

Like Spain, UK, Italy, France, Belgium? All of which had lockdowns, the way you seem to advocate. It is not that simple.

The restrictions outside Auckland should never have been in place in the first place. All this economic damage when there were absolutely no COVID cases at all.

Far less likely for a third time. A number of holes in border procedures have identified and closed. Nothing is impossible though, but with good testing it can be caught early again.
