Putin, a dictator responsible for shooting down foreign airliners and invading and annexing his foreign neighbors, sounds more like a world leader than the U.S. president.

Something is seriously wrong with this picture.

There you go, if ever, anyone, needed proof the WHO is finished as a trusted authority on health matters. This is it!

To be walking along two (not just one, two) totalitarian dictators is no easy task. But the WHO has nailed it.

Putin will sell the Russian vaccine to the World... and what better place to make such deals is, within a WHO conference where you have everyone's attention. He may even give the vaccine away, seeing the opportunity to be become the "Savior of the World"..... of course the CCP may try and beat him to it. Not sure which though I'd trust more, perhaps injecting bleach would be better.

Well, that is one case where Putin is wrong.

A strong WHO benefits the world, Russia, USA, Japan, Europe, all of it. Anyone who thinks otherwise is politicizing our Heath due to their right-wing extremism.

The WHO politicized themselves, from the top. Don't blame politicians of any country for the polarization.

The UN HRC is next (if not already tainted under Khan), Uyghurs, now Tibetan in slave labour camps and not a peep out of it. Who is the extreme right?

No, the WHO is a world-organization trying to navigate a difficult world. My original point still stands:
