That's as plausible as there being a deep state or the FBI being corrupt.
You completely missed the nuance of the statement. It is possible that non-American members of the coalition have used white phosphorous while the Americans have not.
WA4TKG
Yeah?; and what about the BARREL BOMBS being shown on Al Jazeera today?
on CIVILIAN homes...is THAT o.k. ?
ozziedesigner
The first casualty of war is the TRUTH. That goes for all sides involved
theFu
It is also possible that some other color phosphorous was used. Maybe they used red or black phosphorous?
Willy Pete isn't supposed to be used in dense civilian areas.
Chip Star
That is an ideallic duality, but demonstrably false.
Chip Star
Russia also says it doesn't meddle in foreign elections.
WA4TKG
? 'Eh ?
Watch for yourself:

Russia also denies murdering on foreign soil with chemical weapons.
And in Syria they've repeatedly targeted hospitals and schools with double tap strikes.
One of Putin's lackeys is even claiming the US intentionally sabotaged the ISS.
The State that Cried Wolf.

.....and Russia has such a long, long history of telling the truth.

As an defence against heat seeking missiles, flares are fired.
Could it be these flares hit the ground still burning ?
Wallace Fred
Pretty clear, no?
lincolnman
I mean really, does anyone attach any believability to anything that comes out of Russia's Putin controlled mass-media?
As someone connected to the US military for over 30 years I can tell you that phosphorous bombs went out of the inventory a long time ago.
PTownsend
Do you think international law, British law, or Russian law should be used to prosecute the Russians wanted for the latest poisoning in the UK?
SuperLib
Who benefits?

I thought Trump was Putin's poodle.
PTownsend
He probably is, but given all the WH confusion and fake news, the ongoing hiring and firing, things are so messed up in DC Trump's being kept out of the loop.
It could be the few remaining adults in Trump's administration are hiding Russia related papers and info from him while he's out playing golf, so Trump still thinks he's doing to do what Putin instructs.

A global totalitarian's utopia.

"We had to destroy the village in order to save it."
Expect many more dead children as a result of chemical weapons, totally destroyed cities and millions of refugees fleeing to Turkey and then to the EU.
It looks like Putin is trying to soften everybody up through this declaration by implying that chemical weapons are about to be dumped (yet again) on Syrian women and children, so don't be surprised.
Goodlucktoyou
And Bolton is about to throw away the ICC.

Now watch as the MSM feigns ignorance and the multitude of the Monroe doctrine afficionados experience massive cognitive dissonance. Why do we even have international rules of law?

Interesting opinion about the use of white phosphorus and about the storm of Raqqa:

@stormcrow
Unfortunately yes, the possibility is high. As soon as the jihasists are on the brink of defeat their media wing White Helmets will stage again one of their "regime gas attacks" to get NATO air support. Here is how they made up one ot he most recognizable images of the Syrian war:

@Madverts
The West continues to make false claims about "Russian chemical weapons attacks".
Any proof?
Chip Star
I guess Al Jazeera must be in kahoots with the US?
Chip Star
WA4: I was being sarcastic.
BertieWooster
Is phosphorous bombing like waterboarding? A crime when anyone else does it but OK for the US?
