"I refuse to accept the notion as some on this stage do that we can never, never get to a place where we have cooperation again," Biden said. "If that’s the case, we are dead as a country."

Maybe not dead, but moribund. The president (impeached) and politicians like McConnell, Rubio, Cruz and others turning their backs on and even encouraging foreign 'meddling' in US affairs is a sign things are nearing terminal stage.

Good showing from Warren and Sanders, as expected.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders being totally foul on her social media, mocking disabilities. Just like her former employer, an absolute ghoul.

re article: Billionaires and crystal-studded wine caves became the center of a spat as seven Democratic U.S. presidential contenders squared off on the debate stage in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Finally some truth coming out concerning the wealth of the 1% most made up by Democrats. It is true that most of the even sit on the global corporate boards that yes you got it ensured that a US job went overseas laughing all the way to the bank.

If Warren and Sanders are jurors in the Senate trial then how can they comment on the trial and with a biased opinion? I believe this is a form of juror misconduct and makes them ineligible to serve on the jury.

Look for McConnell to punish them, and others, for this.

Oh, didn't you hear the news? Trial's off. Democrats realized it wasn't worth pretending that the sham wasn't a sham.

I'm tired of hearing about the lack of diversity. There were senior citizens, two women, an Asian guy, a homosexual, a Jew... seems pretty diverse to me. There was also anothe "woman of color" in the wings but she didn't participate.

No, the problems arent their lack of diversity, the problems are their lack of concrete and popular ideas.

They ganged up on Pete, but he still came out ahead.

What? Absolute none sense! No one is listening to that garbage anymore. None of these people will beat Trump and to add to their list of growing problems....

This is very on-topic. Lots of commentary on the Democratic debate.
