Syria will never go back to what used to pass for normal. Ruined country both physically and socially.

All the ISIS supporters will just scatter around the globe and start murdering people elsewhere. It's already happening in Europe, the Philippines.....

Did anyone see the video of the pile of facial hair that they quickly cut off in Mosul? The will now go rouge and I suspect a lot of smaller attacks in Europe and the US, if they can get in.

@luddite. we started it by murdering them. but they drive toyotas with american produced anti aircraft guns mounted on the back. just do business. its ok.

It could have been over long ago, if the US governmt, acting as the military arm of the Saudi kings, was not supporting their "vetted rebels" aka ISIS in drag, in Syria. Assad would have dealt with the Jihadis long ago, but no, the US just must regard him as the enemy, having learned nothing for Clintons disaster in Libya.
