This guy fits the narrative a little toooo perfectly and is being pushed really hard by liberal media.

What is so incredibly unbelievable about the fact that he was fired because he said something the president didn't like? It happens all the time. Bolton, Coats, Mulvaney, Mattis, Kelly, McCabe... And the list oges on.

The Republican president told reporters at the White House that he did not hear good things about Rick Bright

Trump heard what he wanted to hear to confirm his bias. No doubt among those reporters are those from his media who'll parrot 'not good things heard' about Dr. Bright.

Trump's disregard for honesty has been a hallmark of his reign in the post-truth era.

This guy fits the narrative a little toooo perfectly and is being pushed really hard by liberal media. This is like the 3rd media cycle now that we have been told we **must** care about this guy having to change jobs being presented like he was fired

It must be the Deep State in cahoots with the liberal MSM and all funded by Soros just to make Donny look bad (as if he doesn’t do that by himself)!

all this over someone who was reassigned due to poor performance at a higher level job.

That’s a weird definition of retaliation.

He was not fired, nor was his pay affected. He was simply asked to do a different job.

"One person familiar with the situation said Bright was frozen out of his email and learned about the reassignment only when his name was removed from the BARDA website this weekend."

That doesn't sound like a particularly agreeable way to ask someone to do a different job.

officials had been looking to fire him for incompetence for about a year

Where does it say that?

“I don't know who he is."

So you don't know who he is

"And to me he seems like a disgruntled employee that’s trying to help the Democrats win an election."

But you suspect his actions are because he is trying to help the Democrats win an action.

Pretty big leap there for a guy you don't know.

Even Politico (not a right-wing outlet) found officials had been looking to fire him for incompetence for about a year, and he had praised the drug himself.

At least Nancy and the House seem to have found a reason to return to work.

all this over someone who was reassigned due to poor performance at a higher level job.

Bright will testify before a U.S. House of Representatives panel on May 14, a spokeswoman for Bright said on Tuesday.

He was not fired, nor was his pay affected. He was simply asked to do a different job.

But because he keeps contacting the media and indicating he will turn this into orangemanbad soundbites, he got himself a House hearing, right in the middle of a pandemic. So this is the most critical thing the House can do upon their return to Washington? I believe liberals were complaining about how to the Senate is using their time? well, that would apply here as well.

This pleases me in a way, because once the media has time for this type of nonsense, it indicates they are moving on to the next narrative.

Whistleblower ... ha ha ha ha ... Now it is time for Nancy to start a second impeachment saga .....

The Republican president told reporters at the White House that he did not hear good things about Rick Bright

I thought he was the US president first ... After that only his party, color, height, weight etc.. matters..

Bright said in a whistleblower complaint filed with a government watchdog on Tuesday that he warned about the virus in January

Even before his warning Trump banned all the flights from China. Wuhan. That was criticized by Democrats and liberals. The whistleblower should have warned China about the virus in January or even in February...
