So multiple US intelligence agencies have concluded that China is backing Biden and will try to meddle in the election.

But the reality is that even if the Chinese, Russia, and Iran made a coordinated, national, persistent effort at aiming misinformation about American politics and politicians at the American population, they'd be drowned out by the misinformation about American politics and politicians just ONE of the American political factions is aiming at the American population.
