Did Trump tweet this from one of his resorts where he'd been to play golf (on the taxpayer's dime while increasing the profits of his corporations).
Trump and the billionaires in his cabinet are hopelessly out of touch with the majority of the country. Born with silver spoons in their mouths, they've never had to understand life of the 'common' people. They see humans as fungible assets only.
How many in Trump's cabinet went to a public school?
How many public schools have the knowledge and resources to handle something like this pandemic, a pandemic that has been bungled by Trump and his admin from day one.

I wonder if Trump is aware that the private school his son Baron goes to won't be opening up for in-person instruction because of the virus? Or has he 'delegated' responsibility for his son off on someone else as well?

The teacher unions don't care about the kids. Pathetic.

Repeated by the rich who are well off enough not to care and uneducated Trump fans who are too stupid to know better.

How's that socialist taxpayer pension and free taxpayer healthcare treating you? Worried others might get their own cut?

Can't say anything positive, now can we, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no

I don't get them. But I get by. How's that?

Good on you.

Schools here "opened" today and are staying virtual.
Some parents are very unhappy - they need to send the kids away so they can go to work. Of course, if the parents are asked to sign liability waivers and extra fees are mandated to cover the teacher's who get sick, that wouldn't be ok.
13,506 is the number of school systems in the USA, when less than 100 are protesting, they have other issues beyond just COVID.

Darn those rich liberals, darn those job creators! How dare they make money to provide employment for people.
As is the Democrat party, look at the cities they presided over. All that tax money lining their pockets and the community gets what? High crime and poorly run schools.
A lot of them.
Here is something the liberal infested media won’t tell you, there’s a flip side to this story, they’re just telling one side of it, here’s the other.

It is funny that liquor stores are essential services and remain open, marijuana stores are essential services and remain open, lottery ticket sales outlets are essential, casinos are essential and remain open, but schools somehow are not...
This is NOT a good look by the teachers' unions. How do you tell someone who works in a supermarket that THEIR job is important and they need to work, but teachers refuse to teach the children of that supermarket worker?

Just add strip clubs and you nailed all the places Trump supporters hang out...
Been to a supermarket lately? There is hand sanitizer, there are plastic screens, there are gloves...
No one is saying kids shouldn't go back to school if it can done safely - but most of these schools can't do that...
Trump is gambling his re-election chances with the lives of our children...

Sudden cold turkey withdrawal can kill those with significant alcohol misuse disorders. It's absolutely correct that they are essential services.

Schools reopened in Japan 2 months ago, I don't recall hearing anyone here picketing in front of their kids' schools in protest. I also didn't hear anyone here forcing their kids' to stay home in order to save their lives. Actions speak louder than words!

And they were funded and prepared for it....
What's Trump done to help prepare and fund schools to re-open? The Repubs can't stop bickering among themselves to pass even this latest bailout bill...
His own CDC published school re-opening guidelines but he said to ignore them...
Herman Cain followed Trump's advice - look what it got him...
