Heartbreaking. The victim card from the left. Who woulda guessed?

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Prolly best to start with the cops in the case of crimes. The press would take everybody else and run with it. Congress? Who trusts Congress?

"Shame on Trump and his followers for defending this creep."

But he lost, so it’s over, so the Republicans got a win out of this, nice!

They got a win? Someone should tell them that.

“Not only did Steve Bannon cost us a critical Senate seat in one of the most Republican states in the country, but he also dragged the President of the United States into his fiasco.”

“Before we get the results, I’d just like to thank Steve Bannon for showing us how to lose the reddest state in the union and Governor Ivey for the opportunity to make this national embarrassment a reality."

“This is a triple loss for McConnell: he blew [Senate Leadership Fund] and [National Republican Senatorial Committee] money, frustrated his relationship with Trump and lost in Alabama.”

“Nobody on the Republican side is a winner after last night. What matters is there a wave out there that started in 2010 with the Tea Party . . . and really has helped propel Donald Trump into the White House that hasn’t gone anywhere.”

Maybe the Republicans themselves know what they're talking about and you don't.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

In the process? They've called the race for Jones. Congrats and thank you to the people of Alabama for rejecting bigotry and kiddy diddlers.

Alleged.

Shame on Trump and his followers for defending this creep.

I'm not defending Trump or any sexual harasser, but in the article it mentions "“These allegations are credible," Gillibrand said in an interview on Monday with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour. "They are numerous. I’ve heard these women’s testimony, and many of them are heartbreaking.”"

A heartbreaking testimony ≠ proof.

There are a lot of sexual assault claims flying about as of late, but I do think its important to bring in some kind of real proof.

(Sorry if someone already posted a similar remark, I dont wanna read half a novel worth of comments. Yes I'm just lazy.)

1 ( +1 / -0 )

This is NOT a left or right issue. This is a case of a CRIMINAL who violates the Constitution, abuses women, and displays hate, bigotry and prejudice.

The people of Alabama are in the process of delivering a severe slap in the face to both perverts - in their state and in the white house. There is a god.

He lies a lot. Or he believes that everything his diseased, decaying brain concocts is true. What do you expect?

Dunno, looking from the Stock market and the way it’s roaring, his decaying bran is the best thing this country could hope for.

We don't even know when or if it's him turning out that stream of consciousness garbage in his Twitter feed.

Seems like a lot of people are sending garbage tweets not only the President.

There's a few problems with this latest fake news hit piece from the drive by media.

First, pre-President Trump only associated with models. The three women trotted out before the cameras don't even come close to passing that muster.Second, he is attracted to Eastern European women. His first wife was Czech. First Lady Melania is Slovenian.

How lucky we are to have an expert here on The Great Man's... ahem, preferences.

Um, what about his second wife, though? I mean, he cheated on the Czech first wife with her, so maybe you're not such an expert after all.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Trump, the "failing" president. Ratings will plummet further. "Overrated."

If the drive by media is going to make an honest effort to sell their latest hit piece against President Trump, they need to make an honest effort to ensure this narrative is plausible. . . .

Fox News Host Slams GOP Support For Roy Moore: 'I Hope The Guy Loses'

(news quote)

Looks like FOX is becoming Liberal. What's going on?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

He didn’t break his promise.

Military Will Accept Openly Transgender Recruits As Of Jan. 1 (news source)

Yes, he did

Roy Moore’s Victory

Yes, that poor impoverished state will stay just that. This is because believing in stupid Jesus and guns are more important than schools, hospitals, and infrastructure. They run on who is believes in the flying Jesus zombie more. That state is very very poor. Most people there are not the sharpest pencils in the drawer. They are voting against their interest voting for that clown. It's OK, it's not my state. Thank God!

4 ( +4 / -0 )

He didn’t break his promise. Another liberal activist judge is trying to break it on his behalf. Meanwhile I really think you need to talk to a professional about how other people’s belief in Jesus hurts you and why.

Trump’s position on transgenders in the military hasn’t changed. But whatever I’m sure the topic will change yet again so see you guys in Roy Moore’s Victory party article tomorrow where you can tell me all about yearbooks and shopping malls again.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

that it’s hurtinv our country.

NO!! Wrong!!! Trump said he was going to Make America Great Again. It was his promise. If American is not great again then it's 100% Trump's fault. If he would get off his fat orange butt and stop watching FOX news with Hannity and Friends and think for himself then maybe he can make a promise he can keep. Because transgenders are still joining the military and it's a sin against the flying Jesus zombie believers. He broke his promise about banning transgenders in the military and now they will all get gender changing surgery that the tax payers will pay for.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Illegal immigrants, foreign dictators and radical Islamic terrorists get more benefit of the doubt from liberals than even the duly elected President of our nation does. That’s sad that the hate and delusion is so deep that it’s hurtinv our country.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

and a racist

Yes, he is.

and a homophobe

He hates transgenders. But he failed at his ban. Transgenders are free to join the military. Sorry Jesus freak evangelicals. What is Trump actually doing to make life better for actual Americans? He failed at replacing Obamacare and healthcosts are going up. All he does is watch FOX news.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

It is flying.

And then it will crash.

But he has never apologized for the physical battery he has committed.

Oh, boy where did you hear this? Mother Jones? The Daily Kos? Lol

You guys hear something negative about Trump or a conservative and it’s true, forget any substantial proof or give a benefit of a doubt. Now if it’s a liberal, we have to give him a benefit of a doubt and remember, don’t rush to judgement we just might be mistaken and they do deserve the presumption of innocence. Oh, liberals, our lives would be so boring without them, bless ‘em.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

It must just hurt that you guys want sooooo bad for Trump to be a sexual assaulter and a racist and a homophobe and a White supremacist and a Russia colluder while knowing none of it is actually true.

I feel your pain kinda. If you could only just even prove one of those, but you just can’t. If only proof weren’t required, but it is.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

What is the name of the woman Trump has supposedly “raped”?

To the Trump followers it would not matter to them if Trump actually raped someone since they believe he is the only person on earth who can make America great again. It would not matter to them if Trump was a serial killer. It is more important for them to believe that he was a gift from Jesus in order to make the US a great country again. Trump followers think he is the second best president behind Lincoln.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

My point is that liberals can keep pushing

That rape is bad?

hurting your own side

Works for Trump. He said Obama was born in Kenya and still became president. He also said crude things about his own daughter. ewwww!

And electing people like Moore does damage to the actual impoverished black hole state he represents. That state is going to keep sinking just because his voters see him as believing in the flying Jesus zombie more than the actual competent and sane politician.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

What is the name of the woman Trump has supposedly “raped”? This false nonsense is simply out of control.

My point is that liberals can keep pushing this “everyone is guilty without any proof” agenda if you want. but you are going to losing your own people who probably didn’t deserve to lose their jobs and careers just by unproven allegations.

But keep it up if you want, it’s hurting your own side much more than any others.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

liberals started this

And because of this it is OK for Trump to do this, according to his followers. It's not good to rape, unless it's Trump doing it.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Actually Hillary said and tweeted that . All women are to be believed. (Well except the ones who accused her husband)

https://mobile.twitter.com/HillaryClinton/status/643475466490388480?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

https://www.wmagazine.com/story/metoo-celebrity-reactions-alyssa-milano

started most recently on twitter by known liberal actress and Trump hater Alyssa Milano. Prior to this #metoo movement, proof seemed to actually be required before getting a man fired and ruining his career.

Now liberals are getting caught up in this in about a 10 to 1 ratio. So many every day now that can’t even list them all. So seems to have backfired.

If you don’t agree that liberals started this “all women are to believed” (with no proof) then who did?

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Really wish that would happen because it’s not right that any people lose their careers over unproven allegations. Liberals started this so they need to end it.

No, liberals did not start this. If you have a cite, feel free to share it.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Ah well maybe some day Dems and liberals will stop pushing this “you are guilty with no proof” agenda once you lose a few more key people on your side? Like another Senator.

Really wish that would happen because it’s not right that any people lose their careers over unproven allegations. Liberals started this so they need to end it.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

This is in no way repulsively repugnant:

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-super-pac-gets-12-162206388.html

3 ( +3 / -0 )

What was funny, in a pathetic way, was watching Huckabee Sanders panic and struggle over questions about this, getting angry and reporters and shouting about how "It's disgusting and irresponsible to post anything that has not been properly verified and claim it as fact to sway the public!" and one reporter shouted, "Are we talking about Trump here?" and she was like, "(deer in headlights)... wh... what? Umm... (oops!), we're... ummm... talking about reports that, uhh...". She knew she was caught in a classic example of hypocrisy and couldn't weasel her way out of it. So, she then just said, "The president has already addressed this and I have no further comments," and would quickly move to another person, refusing to answer the questions and getting all defensive.

The poor woman has absolutely no morals, same as the man she works for. How she lives with herself is something I cannot imagine. How any woman could support this man and still live with herself, for that matter, is beyond imagination for anyone with a sense of morals and integrity.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

During the campaign, he did apologize for the crude remarks he made

But he has never apologized for the physical battery he has committed.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

It won’t fly.

It is flying.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

To answer this oft-repeated question; no. Both are ongoing.

Or do you not think corruption and sexual assault are things worth investigating?

No, he did during the campaign, now if liberals would put their hatred aside just for once they would be able to take notice, admiringly it wasn't a boring sleepy Al Franken speech, it was a simple apology, but so what? He apologized and that's enough, now if you want blood, just say so, but don't masquerade as if you just want a sincere atonement from the man. Get real.

Demomateablh false.

Yeah, they were.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

So is this or is this not officially replacing 'Russian collusion' as the next thing the media is going to obsess about?

To answer this oft-repeated question; no. Both are ongoing.

Or do you not think corruption and sexual assault are things worth investigating?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

You are still talking about two different things. An election has no bearing on civil or criminal liability. It just means that politically there was a pass, at the time of the election.

Yes, you are right, but if you think it will get him kicked out of office you guys are sigh once again wasting your time.

It is flying right now in spite of the efforts to dismiss the case.

But it will crash like a skydiver without a chute.

Maybe Trump can try to fire or at least disparage the judge?? He hasn't done so probably because his attorneys have told him to keep his big mouth shut and not to tweet about it. He doesn't have the intelligence to keep his big mouth shut on his own.

Yeah, uh-huh. Libs try so, so very hard. In a month, this will pass by the wayside as well.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

well anyway, rumor is that there is going to be huge news tomorrow about a bunch more Congressmen and their sexual harassment issues. Maybe that list of all the people who paid their accusers to keep quiet got leaked, who knows?

Trump. we already heard it all last year and few non partisans believed it and they all disappeared soon as the election was over.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

So is this or is this not officially replacing 'Russian collusion' as the next thing the media is going to obsess about?

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Zero retractions is a worse sign in my opinion. It's an unwillingness to admit the truth.

Yeah? Well, not in the media, it can sink your career faster than the titanic.

The less retractions means you are a more reliable source for information.

What lie did he apologize for? Name one instance of him apologizing for a lie. And you seem to think he stopped lying after the campaign. He didn't.

During the campaign, he did apologize for the crude remarks he made.

Most of the people Kerry served with stand by him to this day. Are you in a better position to judge his service?

And a lot more that think he’s a piece of.....

I’m not in position to make that call, but from the interviews I’ve watched over the years, it wasn’t good at all. At least to his credit John McCain really stood by and cared for his men, but not Kerry.

Sorry, I thought you didn't want to talk about it because Trump didn't even serve. My apologies.

It’s ok, it’s no big deal, he’s not the first president to do it, so nothing special.

Except they were discredited. You probably missed it because the right doesn't mention it much.

They did, but it wasn’t anything more than a spark.

But even they still use the term "swiftboating" to refer to untrue/unfair attacks, so unlike you, they're clearly aware.

I think they’re more true. But it doesn’t matter, Kerry is gone and for all the better.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

But it if they didn’t like it or agreed with you, Trump would have never won.

You are still talking about two different things. An election has no bearing on civil or criminal liability. It just means that politically there was a pass, at the time of the election.

What lie did he apologize for? Name one instance of him apologizing for a lie. And you seem to think he stopped lying after the campaign. He didn't.

3 Purple Hearts, he was supposed to injured and yet showing no signs of it. He walked normally and upright.

Most of the people Kerry served with stand by him to this day. Are you in a better position to judge his service?

I supported Clinton twice and he dodged the draft as well or was I wrong for supporting him because of it?

Sorry, I thought you didn't want to talk about it because Trump didn't even serve. My apologies.

They weren’t discredited and yes, they worked because they were telling the truth.

Except they were discredited. You probably missed it because the right doesn't mention it much. But even they still use the term "swiftboating" to refer to untrue/unfair attacks, so unlike you, they're clearly aware.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Please not Haley next president.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

I would never call an election litigation.

But it if they didn’t like it or agreed with you, Trump would have never won.

There is at least one case still progressing despite efforts to circumvent it with flimsy excuses that only make sense to Trump and his followers.

It won’t fly.

Trump has no time to submit to the authority of a court. A lawsuit shouldn't proceed in NY because he is living in Washington. Trump's libelous remarks were just political speech. The judge didn't buy that BS, and the case is moving forward.

And fall flat and then what?

By tomorrow afternoon, we will learn whether the GoP lost or the Dems won the Alabama Senate race.

Ok and?

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Because it’s already been litigated and the people have spoken.

Retractions are good. Even the best will make mistakes sometimes, but corrections bring us back to the truth.

When you’re good, you’re not going to have a lot of retractions.

No, but that doesn't give him a free pass to lie without ever apologizing for mistakes. I bet you can't find one instance of him apologizing for the many lies he spread.

He did apologize during the campaign, so now how much more flogging do you want?

They think he's a traitor because he later opposed the war, but they don't have any evidence to discredit his service.

That wasn’t the only reason you can oppose the war. 3 Purple Hearts, he was supposed to injured and yet showing no signs of it. He walked normally and upright. Throws away his medals and more and yes, Kerry did discredit himself. Thank God he never made it to the Presidency. One of the worst men in American politics.

I bet you'd like that since you support a draft-dodger.

I supported Clinton twice and he dodged the draft as well or was I wrong for supporting him because of it?

Well, the accusations against him were completely discredited but they worked. There's a reason why that kind of hatchet job is called "switftboating" now.

They weren’t discredited and yes, they worked because they were telling the truth.

No, I'm saying people have already decided that we shouldn't let this behavior slide anymore. Fox News and the right were loving this change when it started to Hollywood. Now you're being forced to remember all the accusations against Trump that went unresolved.

And will probably remain so. But I give to you guys for the stamina and tenacity, you guys try so hard.

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Make your points and I’ll bet you I’ll beat them by 10 stories just from last month alone, you have more retractions from the liberal media outlets than anyone can count and that’s not an opinion.

Retractions are good. Even the best will make mistakes sometimes, but corrections bring us back to the truth.

The President is not the media.

No, but that doesn't give him a free pass to lie without ever apologizing for mistakes. I bet you can't find one instance of him apologizing for the many lies he spread.

And please don’t talk about Kerry, if you do so, please consult with many of his fellow soldiers that think less highly of him.

They think he's a traitor because he later opposed the war, but they don't have any evidence to discredit his service.

Just leave thst one alone.

I bet you'd like that since you support a draft-dodger. Well, the accusations against him were completely discredited but they worked. There's a reason why that kind of hatchet job is called "switftboating" now.

So what you’re saying to me is that during the campaign when the left was trying to bring a watershed moment and tank Trump’s campaign last year, they think this time around women will hopefully try this time to condemn what they already put to rest?

No, I'm saying people have already decided that we shouldn't let this behavior slide anymore. Fox News and the right were loving this change when it started to Hollywood. Now you're being forced to remember all the accusations against Trump that went unresolved.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Would any Trump fan here support Trump less if there were proof that he harassed women?

9 ( +9 / -0 )

The GoP hasn't had any moral standing for some time.

I agree, but at least they had morals compared to the Democrats.

They try to project an image of morals and Christian values, but it is painfully obvious they have no morals and only represent corporations and wealthy individuals.

Not like the Democrats, the Democrats and most of the young millennials hold all the power and wealth and they’re not Republicans, so you’re saying, Trump is for the rich Democrats and wants to line their pockets with more money?

The GoP is not conservatives. They are a party of sellouts and hypocrites. They will sell out your mother and your grandmother if you let them.

To be fair and not a hypocrite, both parties suck and both parties lost their way. The entire career Washington establishment must go.

The ex-head of the GoP called it the party of sycophants for a reason.

Who?

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Nope I said a precedent was set.

With the implication that it makes current incorrect action justifiable.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Bassfunk - you said -

"...Sorry, the people heard all the sordid details and they made their decision and voice heard...."

And therein sums it all up. Nicely wrapped.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

How dare they claim he did what he claims he does!

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Meanwhile, his attorney is trying to dismiss a libel case against him connected to a sexual assault charge because . . . he is the president and doesn't have time to respect the judicial branch.

Because it’s already been litigated and the people have spoken. You guys keep slinging arrows and y’all ain’t hittin your target.

Maybe he should do what he said he would and sue these women. We all know he will never sue these women because he will do everything he can (specifically lie and demean the accusers) to keep facts from coming out.

Not while he’s in office, but Trump feels vindicated to the point where he says the allegations didn’t happen, so it depends on who do you believe, but once again, it’s so ironic when these things come out during an election. Divine intervention? A miracle, a coincidence? Lol

A few million more preferred Hillary.

Yes, but we go by the electoral college system, so it doesn’t matter. Thank god for that and thank god we dodged that bullet.

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Based on facts and observation, I disagree.

Make your points and I’ll bet you I’ll beat them by 10 stories just from last month alone, you have more retractions from the liberal media outlets than anyone can count and that’s not an opinion.

At least they acknowledge and apologize.

Well, it’s about time.

I rarely see apologies from the right (or the president) about the lies they spread. ACORN, Planned Parenthood, the swiftboating of John Kerry, their framing of the net neutrality issue, etc. All lies that have real consequences.

The President is not the media. And please don’t talk about Kerry, if you do so, please consult with many of his fellow soldiers that think less highly of him. Just leave thst one alone.

The election occurred before Weinstein's watershed moment. People are finally demanding punishment for that kind of behavior.

So what you’re saying to me is that during the campaign when the left was trying to bring a watershed moment and tank Trump’s campaign last year, they think this time around women will hopefully try this time to condemn what they already put to rest?

And you guys can think this with a straight face? Wow, just wow.

Sorry, the people heard all the sordid details and they made their decision and voice heard. What’s next on the Looney lefts agenda to topple Trump?

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Women accusing Trump of sexual misconduct seek congressional probe

All about the politics.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

It was a strategy by the Dem party to try to retake the moral high ground prior to 2018 midterm elections

The GoP hasn't had any moral standing for some time.

They try to project an image of morals and Christian values, but it is painfully obvious they have no morals and only represent corporations and wealthy individuals. The GoP is not conservatives. They are a party of sellouts and hypocrites. They will sell out your mother and your grandmother if you let them.

The ex-head of the GoP called it the party of sycophants for a reason.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

so why would the man apologize for something he says did not happen, that would be politically damaging and counterproductive.

Not to mention legally damaging.

Legally speaking, the best advice would be not to say anything. Instead of following legal advice, he has called all the accusers liars. That is politically damaging and potentially legally damaging.

Meanwhile, his attorney is trying to dismiss a libel case against him connected to a sexual assault charge because . . . he is the president and doesn't have time to respect the judicial branch.

Maybe he should do what he said he would and sue these women. We all know he will never sue these women because he will do everything he can (specifically lie and demean the accusers) to keep facts from coming out.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

It was a strategy by the Dem party to try to retake the moral high ground prior to 2018 midterm elections, even CNN reported similar. Or is that more CNN fake news?

Yep, it's a talking point from Fox now. Every time Fox is broadcast, a conspiracy gets wings.v

0 ( +0 / -0 )

In no way did Franken resign (in a few weeks?) because he felt he did anything wrong. That was obvious in his speech which you can see online.

It was a strategy by the Dem party to try to retake the moral high ground prior to 2018 midterm elections, even CNN reported similar. Or is that more CNN fake news?

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

But you have more fake news coming out from the left.

Based on facts and observation, I disagree.

Already last week you had ABC, CBS, CNN and the NYT Times issue apologies for telling fake news

At least they acknowledge and apologize. I rarely see apologies from the right (or the president) about the lies they spread. ACORN, Planned Parenthood, the swiftboating of John Kerry, their framing of the net neutrality issue, etc. All lies that have real consequences.

The people have spoken, the election is over,

The election occurred before Weinstein's watershed moment. People are finally demanding punishment for that kind of behavior.

they didn’t like it, but they also didn’t like the direction the country was heading and they decided not to vote for Hillary.

A few million more preferred Hillary.

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Trump won't be impeached over this, and he won't resign. He also won't be able to spare himself the scrutiny. My advice would be to be less defensive and maybe even apologize - but this is Trump we're talking about.

I’ll meet you halfway, he already apologized during the campaign for his past deplorable statements he made about women, but the other allegations he denies, so why would the man apologize for something he says did not happen, that would be politically damaging and counterproductive.

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Life in a democratic society is not simply about voting. When society's views on an issue suddenly change, the past can and sometimes will be reopened for reevaluation.

Trump won't be impeached over this, and he won't resign. He also won't be able to spare himself the scrutiny. My advice would be to be less defensive and maybe even apologize - but this is Trump we're talking about.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Since Trump got elected, there are whole new rivers in the US filled with the tears of inconsolable liberals who followed a woman whose revolutionary slogan was “I’m with her”

That’s why I keep saying, less crying, save the trees, liberals care about the environment.

-10 ( +1 / -11 )

similar to Governor Lepetomane

PTown - ha!

2 ( +2 / -0 )

You have a point about the over-eager MSM, but at the same time Trump and the right cry fake news too any times and aren't shy about dispelling verifiably made up facts themselves.

But you have more fake news coming out from the left. Already last week you had ABC, CBS, CNN and the NYT Times issue apologies for telling fake news, they have such disdain for the president, they get whiff of a story and they immediately run with it before verifying their sources, 20 years ago if you didn’t have more than at the very minimum 2 fact based sources that were verifiable, there was no way the senior editor would allow you to run with it. Now it’s just all visceral and highly emotional.

You got to look for the truth yourself somewhere in between.

I agree.

The MSM should stick to the facts about Trump, because the facts are enough to see what a terrible president/person he is.

That’s your opinion.

The accusations from all these women are nothing like the Wiki debacle you're referring to. I don't think there's any more reason to believe they're false than there are for Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Roy Moore, and yes, even Bill Clinton.

The people have spoken, the election is over, they didn’t like it, but they also didn’t like the direction the country was heading and they decided not to vote for Hillary. This is not going anywhere, we all know what the Democrats are trying to do and it’s a savvy ploy, I’ll give you that, but that too shall pass and fizzle out. Keep fishing, change the bait, mosquitoes don’t work.

now that we have a president that throws it back in their faces

I'd love to ask Christian supporters of the president which person said the following:

"If someone screws you, screw them back 10 times harder. At least they're going to leave you alone, and at least you'll feel good. I believe in screwing people when they screw you."

a) their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (in the Sermon on the Mount)

b) their Lord and Savior Donald Trump (in a 2005 speech to Colorado business leaders)

Hint: One of these men threatened to sue the women who accused him of sexual predation.

Well said.

Appreciated. Another one we can chalk up to logic.

But remember, Trump supporters (and their 'meddling' supporters from abroad) have said all along they want US systems smashed. On a daily basis they attack

absolutely everything that demonstrates any opposition.

This could be true, but with all the other made up facts, Russia Russia Russia, etc, you've cried wolf too many times.

You have a point about the over-eager MSM, but at the same time Trump and the right cry fake news too any times and aren't shy about dispelling verifiably made up facts themselves. You got to look for the truth yourself somewhere in between.

The MSM should stick to the facts about Trump, because the facts are enough to see what a terrible president/person he is. The accusations from all these women are nothing like the Wiki debacle you're referring to. I don't think there's any more reason to believe they're false than there are for Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Roy Moore, and yes, even Bill Clinton.

@Toasted Heretic - I totally agree this is not a left or right thing. So....people should stop saying my party this or the other party that...or Trump this...Franken that....

Just denounce it

Unfortunately has been gradually been dividing itself over the past few decades and now I believe the division is beyond repair. Great for those who are super wealth and in power. Horrible for the populace.

Divide and conquer has been completed - or is in the final stages

The sexual predator and his uber supporters must be laughing at victims of sexual assault. I wonder what kind of message it sends out to other men who feel they have the right to grope, grab, inspect, get away with things like that.

This is not a "leftie" or a "rightist" thing. It's common decency and respect that the people who you vote for, who are supposed to work for you - are not going to assault you.

Anything that potentially reaches to the bedrock of US democracy deserves a thorough investigation.

Well said. But remember, Trump supporters (and their 'meddling' supporters from abroad) have said all along they want US systems smashed. On a daily basis they attack the legislative and judicial branches of government that might restrict the executive, they attack government agencies at all levels when the agencies disagree with the executive, they attack a free and for profit press that expresses opinions different from the executive's.

All they've got in replacement, unfortunately, is some form of authoritarian regime. Democracies and the freedoms that should come from them are apparently frightening to Trump supporters; they need some big brother type leader to tell them what to think and do.

Trump fans don't care if he molested women or not.

I mean think about the people just on this board. If someone produced a video of Trump groping a woman do you really think they would demand he resign or be charged?

Seems like making Franken a sacrificial lamb isn’t working as well for the left as they thought.

Ah, yes. This conspiracy theory rears its head. Franken does the correct thing and resigns not because it is the correct thing to do, but as a ploy to get Trump and Moore to follow suit. Then, suddenly, Franken withdraws his resignation.

Obviously, that is exactly what is happening. According to my super secret sources that have been cultivated through 30 years of . . .

Yeah everytime the “Russia” thing runs out of momentum yet again this comes up.

Why do we have to remind you of the score all the time. 2 guilty; 2 indicted. That's not losing momentum.

Anything that potentially reaches to the bedrock of US democracy deserves a thorough investigation. Anything that does is also inherently complex complex, which is to say requires time to understand. It is absolutely illogical to claim the "Russia thing" has no mefit.

Regardless of whether any of the accusations have any truth or not, Congress not touching this.

They have too many of their own personal cases on both sides that were secretly settled using taxpayer money to open this box now.

Talking how lazy he is, a man who has decades of proven work ethic.

He's known for staying busy many hours a day, similar to Governor Lepetomane, although some might argue signing papers and approving work done by highly paid army of lawyers, accountants and assorted sycophants doesn't really prove having a work ethic. While in office he's said to watch 8 hours of TV a day, in part because the explanations provided by Fox 'news' are easier to understand than reports written by people with actual knowledge and university educations.

the American people voiced their judgment by delivering a decisive victory

A very poor defense. People who voted for Trump just didn't care that he was a total jerk. Even now, there sure is a lot of indefensible behavior that Trump supporters are willing to overlook. Wrong is wrong.

Trump should testify under oath. I'm sure he would lie anyway, but putting him in the hot seat would be a small measure of justice at least. This man has never in his life been held accountable for his actions.

Yeah everytime the “Russia” thing runs out of momentum yet again this comes up. CNN had to retract their “exclusive” on Sessions as being untrue concerning his security clearance form.

So with no Russia nonsense to report, CNN complaining how many diet Cokes Trump drinks even as a terror attack happened. Talking how lazy he is, a man who has decades of proven work ethic. So unprovable personal attacks are always the go to when there is nothing else.

who funds this non profit film company? George Soros, for one. who owns it? A known left wing liberal activist. That’s all I need to know, this is just movie/self promotion for political reasons.

Lock him up!

@fizzbts The MSM,

It would be helpful if Trump supporters who daily rail against CNN and other media with perspectives different from yours could provide non-MSM (whatever that means) sources so we could have deeper insights into events.

8 ( +12 / -4 )

The MSM, especially CNN has lost all credibility now after yesterdays Wiki debacle. This could be true, but with all the other made up facts, Russia Russia Russia, etc, you've cried wolf too many times. So the lefties will do their "thang" and the MSM will do THEIR "thang", but in the end, it won't amount to a hill of beans.
