I'm not a fan of Dan Andrews by any means but seems like they need to throw the kitchen sink at it to get a ring around this cluster. Hopefully they can do so.

I thought everyone needed a negative PCR test before entering Australia?
Yes, but as always, let's exempt all of "these" people because we don't wan to bother them, like air crew, transient farm workers from poor countries who don't have testing, anyone who can make a a fake test result on their computer...

Foods track delivery man was the centre of this Covid-19 latest saga. He delivered foods to Sushi shop in Shopping center and most of Melbourne suburbs. So, we have initial lockdown for one week but it will extend to another week. I don't think Covid-19 disease will go away from our life and if we like or not we have to live with this Coronavirus Covid-19 for now.

What does “for now“ mean? If every time a few dozen people get it, it’s going to result in locking down, what does “for now” mean?

Tracing and lockdowns are emergency measures, not an alternative to vaccination.
Vaccinate. As many people as you can, as quickly as you can, starting with the most vulnerable. Australia, despite its size, has a relatively small population of 25m. Get on with it.
