As long as there are still cases ongoing it remains to early to relax. They began lock down when they had fewer active cases and there are still around 1000 currently fighting it. Once the figure is zero then you can open up with confidence. Doing so now means its a crap shoot and a second wave can happen within days.

Unsaid preface is if any second COVID strain or simple winter don’t bowl a goodly (ie. a curve ball)
