I support the investigation. Biden doesn't need to do it. He's sticking to his plan of staying away from things Trump related, which is good. Congress can handle it.

The sentences are starting to get handed out, looks like probation for the very low level offenders and jail time for more serious ones. Its good to keep watch on radical Trump fans and put the more dangerous ones in prison with all the benefits of a criminal record after.

But liberals say the difference is that the building was "open" at the time and that the Capitol was "closed". which is why they wont release the video showing police inviting people inside, cause that would mean the Capitol was "open" too.

The fact of the matter is that McCarthy sent a rep to negotiate a bi-partisan commission. His rep negotiated in good faith and reached an agreement in accordance with his instructions.
