I thought it were the Britain authorities who like to accuse Moscow before the end of the investigation and without any evidence. But now I see that Washington was poisoned by Theresa May's marasmus and anti-Russian hysteria. One can think that London has some leverage on the White house or The US try to solve their own problems. I think it were the democrats who initiated a new round of anti-Russian actions on the background of improvement of US-Russian relations. London should end the investigation on attempt as soon possible. Otherwise everybody will be able to use the Skripal case in their own interest.

Neither is trying to overthrow Ukraine, assassinate people in other countries, or attack local political rivals, literally

Hilarious. Look who is talking?! The same country that invaded Iraq and Libya, resulting in death of hundreds of thosand of innocent people, the same country that robbed other countries of its territory (Kosovo), the same country that turned Afghanistan (after invading it) into a heroin heaven, the same country that staged coups (Ukraine), supports terrorists in Syria and neonazis in Ukraine and Baltic republics, keeps people in prisons for decades without even charging them (Guantanomo), maintains secret torture centers around the world and makes threats of military aggression its everyday language in dealing with countries it does not like. Yes folks, that shining paragon of virtue wants to give others lectures on good behavior.

Assassinations? Let's talk about Hillary's bodybag list first.

And there's always the hosting of Snowden

The guy who brought to light the massive spying program is also on your bad guys' list? Why I'm not surprised.

Yes, sanctions aren't friendly.

Neither is trying to overthrow Ukraine, assassinate people in other countries, or attack local political rivals, literally.

And there's always the hosting of Snowden, which doesn't make any higher-ups in USGovt happy.

The Trump administration and Congress need to credibly stand up to Putin. This is encouraging but it’s not by any means enough. And Trump has done some serious damage to the Alliance. To be credible he’ll have to walk that back and engage our allies in getting all of them to develop their own Magnitsky sanctions.
