Just terrible. Just let people live in peace.

This is a very 'sick' group of .. 'people'. These people know NOTHING besides destroying others' lives, hopes and dreams. They live for destruction, despair and death.

As long as they are out and about on this planet there will be no peace or justice for Afghan civilians and especially girls/women.

@ALmost

I remember after a girl’s school in Pakistan was machined gunned by fanatical Islamists, one fanatic said it’s nothing to worry about as those girls had been sent to a better place - heaven with Allah. Boko Haram ( books/learning is sinful/unfit ) from a different continent would no doubt sympathize.

I’m not sure the word ‘sick’ is right or even useful here. They are religious fundamentalists who are so sure of the afterlife that the guard rails are off and killing people isn’t very problematic.

Taliban are good at killing and brutality, but not much else.

I see an allied bombing raid in eastern Afghanistan against IS killed 15 civilians at about the same time, but that is not getting so much cover.

"The workers had lit a bonfire and were sitting together when a drone targeted them," tribal elder Malik Rahat Gul told Reuters. An investigation into the incident is being carried out.

Because there's a huge difference between intentionally targeting civilians and accidentally hitting them.

Not to the civilians.

How do you "accidentally" kill 15 civilians? Or over 40 when the U.S. brute squad attacked a hospital in 2016? No the difference is NOT huge. Its slight.

That and other assorted hypocrisy regarding Taliban and U.S. military actions is absolutely revolting. Pretty sick of all war mongers and their damned excuses.

The fact that none of you can distinguish between a terrorist organization intentionally targeting civilians and a military experiencing collateral damage (that has regretably been a thing since pretty much since humans started fighting wars, but according to some of you is a uniquely American invention) is, to put it lightly... utterly ridiculous.

Yes, I’m sure the people murdered by the Americans feel better that it was an accident when they were trying to kill someone else, than if it were on purpose by the taliban. That’s got to make their soul rest better. And I’m sure their surviving families must agree.
