One sexual predator defending another. The excellence we've come to expect from this flaming clown car of an administration.

Remember Moscow Mitch unprecedented and unconstitutional refusal to allow the Senate to consider the Obama appointee and rightful SC justice Merrick Garland?

I do.

That's one.

Remember how the Republicans and Trump refused to allow the FBI a full vetting of hack Kavanaugh?

I do.

That's two. That's two votes. On the Supreme Court. Two stolen votes. Any decision with those two votes in the majority are simply not Constituional, and should be ignored by the American people.

Here's what we do: we gain the Presidency, and balance out the court by appointing 4 new justices. Two to counter the illegitimate Gorsuch and Kavanauhg, and two more to make the numbers actually waht they should be.

Pack the Court.

One sexual predator defending another.

Watch the indignation from the moron crew when they see you've called both Trump and Kavanaugh guilty of crimes, even though they haven't been pronounced guilty. And they'll blatantly do it without any irony of the fact that they did exactly that to Hillary for years, and there was less ever found on her than there was on Trump before he even got elected!

Once again, and as always:

But, those guys!

4 ( +7 / -3 )

The speech Kavanaugh gave as part of confirmation hearings was not of a judge, but a right wing political hack, low class and extremely revealing.

The ** president is defending his bud saying the DOJ should stand behind Kavanaugh. The previous investigation was a sham and cut short by the Republicans.

Re-investigate, open new hearings, impeach.

4 ( +11 / -7 )

Its a low point for the GOP when they have to defend sexual predators in order to preserve their racist agenda.

It'll be good if he takes the Donny bait of suing NYT, once the truth is out, Donny will deny ever appointing him.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

But voted for reinstating Trump’s asylum ban

Republicans voted for reinstating Donny's asylum ban? Remember, we were discussing the obstructionism by republicans, not SCOTUS.

Thank Reid, his mentor

It's beyond the pale how you refuse to fault republicans for the same thing you excoriate democrats for allegedly doing. You go so far as to claim Moscow Mitch was mentored by a democrat just to avoid criticizing Murder Mitch.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Why do they idolize former Sen. Byrd and President Johnson?

Why not go even further back in history?? The length Trumplets will go to defend him is astounding?

You guys are just hilarious,

Well we are not disgusting like the Trumplets.

where do you get all this from?

Reading, its a good habit, you should try it sometime.

Yes, innocent people don’t shred documents

Sure, they just get their lawyers to do it for them!!

3 ( +5 / -2 )

He is guilty of nothing.

Pure speculation.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

It’s going to go nowhere just like everything else the Democrats try to do. Watch them try and fail again. Just watch.

Like immigration reform in 2013? (Killed by republicans.)

Like the over 100 pieces of legislation Massacre Mitch refuses to bring o a void? (More republican obstructionism.)

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Donny defending Kavanaugh is like Epstein defending Roy Moore.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

Yes, innocent people don’t shred documents, hide private servers in peoples restaurants or their aides husbands PC who is a “convicted” sex abuser himself.

Innocent people don't surround themselves with Russian plants, hide their finances to hide their Russian connections, lie about having met Russians after the fact, and don't meet with the Russia president in secret without recordings.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Kavanaugh , , , What a joke. . . Another Republican appointed U.S. Supreme Court justice with a dark cloud of sexual deviance and misbehavior hanging over his head. What a way to build up public confidence and trust in the country's highest court. It's beginning to look like a bunch of drunk frat boys calling the shots.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Wiki is not the best source so I wonder if its true.....but it says that the reason why ancient Greece had a statute of limitations was largely do to a problem they had with professional accusers. If true, those Greeks sure had a lot of wisdom. Looks to me like we have the same problem.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Liberals just trying to distract from the upcoming FISA abuse report and indictments of their resistance “heroes

Sure. And when this report iszanother did, you'll just call for more investigations.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

@Serrano

Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh . . . It makes one shudder about who Trump and the Republicans have in mind for the next vacancy.

Way to go Republicans at building up public faith and trust in one of America's most sacred institutions of justice!

1 ( +4 / -3 )

The only problem with that accusation, Chip Star, is you have zero evidence that either man is a sexual predator.

We have more evidence of this than you ever had of Hillary being a criminal, even after 72 investigations that found literally nothing on her. That didn't stop you guys from claiming her guilty.

And by that standard, Kavanaugh is clearly guilty.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Allllll the way at the bottom of the article.

An editors note at the END of an article?! Say it ain't so!!!! Proof positive if the Deep State, liberal MSM, Soros funded conspiracy to victimize conservatives.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

It's crazy that the Republicans still support this guy who is guilty of sexual assault against multiple women. They want this type of person in the highest court determining the law of the land.

This is the current Republican party.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

I wonder if the Republicans will ever support taking this man who is guilty of molestation and sexual assault off of the supreme court.

It's amazing this is who they want determining the law of the land.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Just more wild accusations by a political hack, yet in the fake media they become a "report".

Conservatibes are masters at playing the victim card.

What has happened to journalism?

Fox "News."

1 ( +4 / -3 )

So did Democrats get rid of Northam and Herring yet? Why do they idolize former Sen. Byrd and President Johnson?

Irrelevant to the GOO defending sexual predators unless you are attempting to argue that two wrongs make a right.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

*GOP

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Yes, innocent people don’t shred documents,

This literally happens on a daily basis.

hide private servers in peoples restaurants

or their aides husbands PC who is a “convicted” sex abuser himself.

These things did not happen.

Ok, consistency matters only to one side and again, what was Kavanaugh convicted of specifically, exactly what?

Consistency is irrelevant to the actions of the democrats being irrelevant to the actions of the GOP. You're reallyvdoibling down on the irrelevance. It's hilarious watching you try to convince others that your irrelevance is in fact relevant.

I don’t, so yes, let’s stay relevant what is the confessed crime he’s done?

Hahahaha!

1 ( +3 / -2 )

So how long will the right continue to support this convicted pedophile on the supreme court?

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Innocent people don't surround themselves with Russian plants, hide their finances to hide their Russian connections, lie about having met Russians after the fact, and don't meet with the Russia president in secret without recordings.

You clearly don't understand how conservative "logic" works. It's one way, so stop using it against them.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

He is guilty of nothing.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Kavanaugh’s jugular power

It's a very powerful jugular. The most powerful on the Supreme Court.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Kavanaugh , , , What a joke.

No, the joke is the Democrats calling for his impeachment over yet another frivolous accusation.

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

Except that the “victim” states she has no memory of this ever happening.

NY Times had to revise their article again to note that little tiny fact.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

Wow losing all those Supreme Court decisions has really gotten to you guys.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

It’s going to go nowhere just like everything else the Democrats try to do. Watch them try and fail again. Just watch.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

That’s exactly what this entire thing is about.

I think what most of this thing is about book sales and profit. Of course most people don't need to read the book, they already have the whole story made up in their minds.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Just distraction by liberals. It barely made the news that more people in Puerto Rico were arrested for stealing the aid money. Exactly as Trump said. All this stuff is just used to deflect from things that are actually happening.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Allllll the way at the bottom of the article.

*Editors’ Note:** Sept. 15, 2019*

An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book's account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.

Donny defending Kavanaugh

Whoa....how do you know he’s guilty? There is absolutely No way you would know whether the man is innocent or guilty, but judging by the highest security clearance of ANY US appointed SC if there was even the smallest allegation, it would have come out, it’s not just a simple background, they know literally everything about you even to the smallest detail of when you dyed your hair. If there was something of impropriety or sexual conduct it would have come out in order to avoid what the Democrats are trying to do right now.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Ignore the phoney bluster and virtue signalling pretend concern; the partisan clowns who are once more going for Kavanaugh’s jugular power have a lunatic obsession with stacking the highest court of the land with their compliant cronies in furtherance of their ongoing social engineering agenda. Whenever one of their own is under a cloud, they’ll round on the accuser with sanctimonious contempt. When it’s somebody on the opposing team, accused of exactly the same thing, these screaming flunkeys, in their best imitation of a pitchfork wielding Salem witch hunter, are out there crying blue murder. The silent majority observe proceedings with a completely understandable fury for these grandstanders abasement of American freedom.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

The Democrats calling for Kavanaugh's impeachment over yet another frivolous accusation are looney tunes and need to be voted out.

Irrelevant to the GOO defending sexual predators unless you are attempting to argue that two wrongs make a right.

No, but on that point, why are liberals doing it and then make excuses fo them? If you claim that Kavanaugh is guilty....of what, but for argument and humors sake, let’s say he did indeed beyond a shadow of a doubt did something, there is No way I would support someone like him if that were the case.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

The book also says this female doesn’t have any memory of this happening. Who is Max Stier? Clinton defense attorney who declined to testify under oath in this case.

Former Yale classmate Max Stier describes Kavanaugh pushing his private parts into the hand of a female student at a party.

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

So half of this article is about the already known Ramirez accusation of which no one else at the party would or could collaborate. The rest of the article is about an accusation that even the FBI wouldn’t investigate because the “victim” says it never happened. That little tidbit was somehow left out.

It’s quite clear that the radical Left and their favorite mouthpiece in the media, the New York Times, are attempting to intimidate Kavanaugh to temper his rulings just as they have so successfully done to Chief Justice John ‘Obamacare’ Roberts.

Yet I do hope that Kavanaugh is removed so that a solid conservative such as Amy Coney Barrett can be put in his place. I would also be in favor of impeaching Roberts while they are at it so his wish-washy swing seat can be solidified with a judge who will protect the Constitution from the Socialist Left. The Leftist judges always vote in lockstep as if they take their orders from the DNC headquarters.

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

It's crazy that the Republicans still support this guy who is guilty of sexual assault

I am independent and not even a tea partier. I have more problems with conservatives than liberals, but plenty for both. I find Brett Kavanaugh to be incompetent, ignorant and dumb. But since people like you are going to slander a man, and declare him guilty on the basis of flimsy testimony, and guilty of some of the most benign acts of boorishness ever, then I hope he remains on the SCOTUS for life. Even if guilty he is not even on the same level as Lyndon B. Johnson who once whipped it out in front of reporters and regularly urinated in a House Office parking lot, among other antics. Sick of these pointless, unprovable sexual assault detours. Our country could be in flames, and rather than Nero fiddling, we would still be enduring the screeching about some boorish behavior 25 years ago from some famous guy or politician.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Liberals just trying to distract from the upcoming FISA abuse report and indictments of their resistance “heroes”.

Plus keep losing decisions at the Supreme Court. Didn’t Fords lawyer say she just accused Kavanaugh because of how he would vote on abortion?

-6 ( +3 / -9 )

Liberals just trying to distract from the upcoming FISA abuse report and indictments of their resistance “heroes”.

Bingo! That’s exactly what this entire thing is about.

Plus keep losing decisions at the Supreme Court. Didn’t Fords lawyer say she just accused Kavanaugh because of how he would vote on abortion?

Yes.

-7 ( +2 / -9 )

Here we go. Apparently if a man is ACCUSED again in one incident, then he is surely guilty in a separate incident. Lets just say all men are guilty of sexual impropriety, enjoy gossiping about it, but take no legal action so the world can run smoothly. I think that might have been the old deal and I think this continuing ridiculousness might have been why the deal was struck.
