Domestic violence isn't on that list.

Why would someone whose husband beats them in their own country be allowed amnesty in the USA? If this is true wouldnt the husband in one of these 3rd world countries pretend to beat his wife so that she and his kids can have a better life? this isnt what amnesty is for.
