Rescinding a problem without having anything to replace it with is the equivalent of shooting and asking questions later. Amateur hour. Thank God for judges.

Trump's DACA meeting with Congressional leadership today was spectacular. He was all over the map, supporting all policies, no matter how contradictory. Perhaps he was in a good mood, having staved off Bannon.

Wow . . . No mouthing off Yet about bias judges not knowing the law. Give it more time, it'll inevitably happen.

Wait for the usual suspects to start mouthing off about liberal judges in the 9th Circuit not knowing the law or somehow being biased.

Funny to read some posters clsiming to not know whether this judge is biased when they have been 100% certain that other judges are biased when that poster doesn't agree with the judge's legal opinions.

Ah, the foresight and wisdom of the Founding Fathers!

Kuya:

Lol. Judges render legal opinions. Legal opinions are reached by application of relevant law to the facts of a case, which is quite different than an opinion based on your politics. Wolf did exactly what I was predicting by labeling the judge "extreme left wing."

Too many posters simply do not understand the constitutional separation of powers. Saying that the DACA program was an extra-legislative law made up out of thin air is a prime example. Congress makes laws, the president enforces those laws. The DACA program was guidance on how to enforce immigration law in relation to certain individuals that met certain requirements. This means there was no executive overreach.

U.S. District Judge William Alsup is biased. All the 9th Circuit judges are biased. Of that, I am 100% certain.

Happy now?

Throughout his career Judge Alsup has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a keen interest in class action litigations. He definitely is biased in favor of the rule of law and protecting the rights of regular folks, especially when it relates to government policies.

If you hold an opinion you are biased. And that's kind of what Judges do, render opinions.

This partisan judge is a member of the #resistance and his decision will almost certainly be overturned by the Supreme Court - as is so often the case.

One can only hope. Keep hope alive!

One can only hope.

Hope is about all you've got at this point.

This means there was no executive overreach.

The Supreme Court overturns rulings by these West coast judicial/legislators all the time. Look, if Obama was considered to have the discretion to allow a class of illegal aliens to be given temporary permission to remain in the country, Trump would logically have the discretion to end that temporary permission. This partisan judge is a member of the #resistance and his decision will almost certainly be overturned by the Supreme Court - as is so often the case.

Too many posters simply do not understand the constitutional separation of powers.

Uh huh...

So a former president makes up a ‘law’ out of thin air. Another president corrects the executive overeach by rescinding the unilateral executive action of his predecessor. Then an extreme Left wing judge says that rescinding the extra-legislative action is illegal? America is a banana republic.

Be patient, wait until it gets overturned by the Supreme Court. Tick, tick, tick....

The obviously need for more illegal aliens to fill out the democratic voting pool was recognized by the court. The offer of welfare creates an endless line of those waiting for handouts.

I don’t know in this case where the judge is bias, doesn’t matter how political he is, just wait until it gets to the Supreme Court.
