To everyone, especially the downvoter, hate to break it to you, but the fact that the US (and other govts) have, and may still, experiment on their own citizens is not a conspiracy theory. Here are some examples without any consent (feel free to look up - I won't provide any links because you'll say they're biased or something):

syphilis injections

mind altering drugs

-mustard gas exposure

small samples of bio weapons over cities

Wow, I think some of you guys forgot to put your tinfoil hats back on...

This is why conspiracy theories fall apart. They just make no sense. Sure, I can see the secret CIA meeting now: "Hey boss, let's test our super secret brain frying weapon on our own embassy staff in another country so we're sure it will end up exposed in the news!" It all makes sense now!

This problem didn't start happening until the Trump Presidency, so maybe it is a Diplomatic Sick Leave revolt against him ?

--Just follow the president Trump and eat the fast food USA taste, and you diplomats will forget all those symptoms. Actually, when I went to China I didn't like some dishes of same spices. I had to walk 2 miles away from my hotel to find my taste food. Anyhow, I didn't have any symptoms what those diplomats had.

I wouldn’t be surprised. Those commies, ex or not, often resort to “lowly degenerating tactics”. For instance, US diplomats, embassy staff, as well as their families have been harassed for years by Russian, well, goons. Not only in Russia, but other European cities as well. When Obama was president. So if US and Canadian diplomatic personnel are getting sick for unexplainable reasons, it raises suspicions to put it mildly.

Sick Leave syndrome ?

Mystery illness that only hits US and Canadian people working and living outside the USA, in countries with good reason to be unhappy with the current USA leadership.

Until they understand the cause, it is impossible to 100% know what is behind it. Could be the active shielding added to US and Canadian consulate buildings and compounds causing the issues or lots of other possible causes. Nobody knows.

Symptoms appear as persistent concussions.

10 Canadian diplomats in Cuba were impacted, so that discounts a US-only building. The Canadian embassy is over 2 miles away from the US embassy in Havana.

Could the problem target homes and not the embassies directly?

Today is it suspicious. Tomorrow, who knows?

The first incident in Cuba - could be Cubans or American govt. The second time in another country (China) - sounds like a US govt test on unwilling and unknowing subjects...it wouldn't be the first.

Its obviously intentional.

Might be time to shut down a Chinese embassy or two in the U.S.

Look to Russia as the source of this technology. Ultrasonics and, at the other end of the spectrum, subsonics, have been evaluated for weaponization for many years, including by our own government. When the Cuban embassy personnel were first affected, my first thought was this was Russian technology, as they've partnered with Cuba for years in many areas of military experiments.

Look to them as the source of the technology used in these malicious attacks.
