What element defines or denotes the factorial proportion of a/any trade agreement in relation to the whole?

Fishing, quota negotiations?

The protocols or phraseology of any post-Brexit subsidy regime?

Perhaps the "level playing field." And diction associated within the dispute resolution proposals?

Where does this 66% originate from?

EU is weak and will bow. German car makes would suffer too much. Money baby. I'd say UK JUST GO! but they can't. EU keep them 4 years to make sure to have a deal.

bruh. The EU is the third largest economy in the world. They hold the upper hand on basically everything. There’s nothing the UK has that the EU needs. Wants, maybe. But no one needs the UK and that’s not a strong position to negotiate from.
