Just trying to recall all such incidents in the last week, just off the top of my head, the 15 killed in Thailand, 17 killed in the attack on the border post in Tajikstan, three killed at a busstop in Ankara, the two Egyptians caught with suicide vests and guns in Jolo in the Philippines, this attack in Burkina Faso etc. There were probably more. Are they all related to the death of Baghdadi, I wonder?

No, they are related to the ideological demand to take over dar-al harb and turn it into dar-al islam. You can go to sites that list ongoing jihad attacks world-wide, and you can see no change. The death of one jihad leader makes no difference one way or the other.
