The previous police shootings were local

Now it's international

Let's see how this is handled differently

If you are so frightened by a noise that you fire your gun in the direction of said noise without identifying the cause of said noise, you shouldn't have a gun let alone be a police officer.

Well my last comment was deemed racist even though i did not mean color or religion.

I was referring to this policeman's past not his color or the fact he was a Muslim.

So here ill try different approach

The officer involved has been involved in other shootings of unarmed persons,.

He fired a weapon out of an open police car window did not give any warnings

His Body camera was turned off

In his photo he is Smiling

He has not made any statements on the shooting

That would or would not incriminate him .

He has a history of Shooting first

He was already under investigation

He should be charged with first degree murder

Or be Charged with accidental homicide on duty

Looks like a cover up

What were these two officers doing just prior to the shooting that made one gun happy,

It sounds like all the holes in the Swiss cheese lined up for one horrific moment.

This guy is keeping schtum, though. You can bet his colleague told him to keep it shut, as did his lawyer who made an impersonal statement on his behalf. In the absence of anything apart from his fellow officer in the car, how are we ever going to get any answers? Do not hold your breath, IMHO.

In the meantime throughout the recriminations people with authority to speak will be forced to talk about peripherals, like taking the opportunity to further tweak the system.

At one point, Harrity told investigators, he was startled by a loud sound near the patrol car. Immediately afterward, Damond approached the driver's side of the squad car and Noor, who was in the passenger seat, fired his weapon through the open driver's-side window, striking Noor, the agency said.

I'm pretty sure the writer of this article means 'striking Damond', as I believe Noor did not shoot himself. But I'm confused as to why he shot from the passenger seat through the driver's side window. This all smells fishy to me.

Nothing will befall the officer, it can't; if the ethnic officer is brought down, blm will torch American cities and there will be an outcry from the sjws who now dominate the west. I'm sure they'll risk further fallout with the world rather than take the alternative. Lose-lose situation, basically - but at least the police force is more diverse, eh?

What a sad state of affairs in the U.S. Still off my list of countries to visit.

Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges and the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota have questioned why the officers did not have their body cameras and vehicle dashboard camera turned on at the time of the incident.

Rules and procedures are there for a reason....

Automatic 33% pay cut for any time body/dash cameras are switched off, to be monitored and recorded on a central database?

Had to look up metaterapin's 'sjws' btw, but it was an interesting search. (Only if you have time and energy.)

To protect and serve

Fire both officers from the police force. Clearly, they are not suitable officers.

Remand both into custody.

Charge Noor with 2nd degree murder.

Charge the partner with accessory to murder.

Change the body cam and dash cam rules to require enabling on any call - no exceptions. Termination if not followed.

theFu spot on on all accounts

There is something terribly wrong with the American Police system when innocent people are being killed every day and the perpetrator,s are getting away with it.

There is something terribly wrong with the American Police system

Yes, but we've been reading about the militarization of the police force since the 911 false flag. Police will also hire exmilitary and control freak types over normal people. It was a good idea to hire a Somali so he could interact with the new crime spree by the tsunami of Somalis in the Minneapolis area. It just failed.

Australia is demanding answers?  Don't they also have a problem with immigrants of a certain religion committing violent crimes all out of proportion to their population numbers?

Most likely explanation the city wanted a Somali Muslim police officer they could showcase that they put Mohamed Noor on the force and kept him there when his obvious shortcomings would have had a non-Muslim officer fired or not hired in the first place.

Just sad TBH. It sort of demonstrates that you're not even safe calling the cops in America. Everyone should probably just arm themselves to the teeth and barricade their properties and never leave the house

Everything about this shooting / murder is very suspicious evidenced by e.g. the fact Noor already had his hand on the trigger when there was a large noise. Evidenced furthermore by the fact cameras were off and both officers refuse to give a statement. The latter is what you expect from hard core thugs and criminals. I guess these cops put themselves on the same level and those seeking justice can do nothing about it. Perpetrators have the law on their side and what it comes down to is the victims and their survivors or those left behind can forget about getting justice and closure.

It takes time to make up excuses. They can't quite cover this one up with the same ease, the victim being a white woman and not a national to boot.
