There are no medically documented cases of this. Surgeons and other health professionals wear the more restrictive N95 masks for hours at a time with no ill effects. Your right to do as you want ends when something you do can harm someone else. If you are a silent carrier of Covid 19 you might not experience symptoms and be honestly unaware you are infected, but you can very definitely give the disease to someone else who may get very sick and even die. It is selfish indeed to refuse to wear a mask. In the context of a global pandemic where half a million Americans have already died then yes your government has every right to expect you to wear a face mask in order to reduce the spread of the pandemic. It is the very least you can do. It's simple human decency or is that notion now off limits?

That is false, mask use (as well as many other social distancing measures) have a huge effect in preventing transmission, that includes spreading to the mask wearer and also from the asymptomatic carriers. This has been already demonstrated scientifically, just saying things that are contrary to the scientific consensus is not a justification, it just makes clear the reason why you are mistaken.

He needs to 100% prove the effect of masks. Currently 50% of health experts are suggesting just wearing a paper mask is detrimental to your health if not used and worn correctly. But Mr Gates has managed to allow people to be forbidden to access this information.
