This just shows that Tilman Fertitta likes money more than freedom. The majority of Texans are with Hong Kong's protestors and look forward to a day when China has full democracy across all the different political provences, SARs and is reunified with Taiwan.
I also look forward to Tibet being un-invaded by China.

So, once again, in the Land of the Free, they are being dictated and having their thoughts controlled by the communist china.
Disgusting.

Surprise! Money matter more to these slimeball owners than freedom.
Exactly the attitude that has led to the communist party of China getting a death grip on the throats of the Chinese people: western capitalists supporting eastern dictators by going along with them. Just for their 30 pieces of silver. When will these people learn?

Don't forget Russia. Although it's assets are looking a bit shaky, to be frank.
A disgrace that the fella had to apologize.
Who will apologize when the dead litter the streets of Hong Kong?
Cliffy
First is Cathay Pacific, now it is Houston Rocket. So any company employee cannot express his/her own expression if it s against Chinazi, the company will get punished.

This is the case of mind yr own business.

You mean by money ? It's been a while now that money controls the "Land of the Free" ...

China shares its ownership with Russia. Trump, Moscow Mitch, Leningrad Lindsey, among other 'elites' have sold the US down the drain to establish a global system of authoritarian corporatocracy led by China and Russia.

Ahhhh the new America, where we have to apologize for democracy!!!!!!

Toasted's sentence infers the future...........
So to answer your question, probably not at this point in time.

If you want to make money with China you must shut up and please Xi.
Then up to your own moral to decide what to do.

If you need to ask that question, you shouldn’t be on this forum.
Blacklabel
Now if we can just blame Trump for this somehow.

Go ahead with your boycotts and keep telling yourself you are doing the right thing. This should be more fun than watching exciting sports games.

JTO; "Toasted's sentence infers the future..........."
So he can now predict the future! Maybe Nostradamus? We are now going to convict people for what they MAY do in the future?

So many voices of reasons here, but so little conviction and determination. Why the HK protesters is an inspiration to the rest of the democratic world.
I'm guilty myself, house full of Chinese made products, worst still western brands = jobs lost in democratic countries. I hope, at some point there are alternative competing products so I can at least put more weight on the moral choice when buying goods.

Toasted Heretic: "Who will apologize when the dead litter the streets of Hong Kong?"
Can you let the readers know how many "dead litter the streets of Hong Kong.?
At this stage, the Western media haven't reported any dead. Do you have inside information?
