25 billion is 3% of one year military budget. Cut costs .5% a year for 6 years and it’s paid. Savings on illegal alien services will probably cut that time in half.

I’ve said numerous times I don’t care who pays for it. It’s not a nice to have thing, it’s essential. Military budget is 700 billion this year. I’m sure we can find 25 billion in there over the next 5 years.
