Brits want their country back.

You mean back from the rich and powerful? That would be good. I doubt Brexit will achieve that. Just the opposite many are saying.

Another rich mans trick.

And what's it to you?

May had agreed to apply some EU rules across all of the United Kingdom unless a new arrangement could be found to keep the Irish border open. Johnson would effectively create a new border in the Irish Sea, leaving Northern Ireland to apply EU rules while the rest of the United Kingdom goes its own way.

Some day Irish schoolchildren will learn how their nation was reunited thanks to Boris Johnson and the xenophobia of their English oppressors. Ironic how things sometimes work out...

Brits want their country back

About half voted for a dream, but not even half of those eligible to vote voted for Brexit. In terms of the population, it was barely over a quarter of the population of Britain. Demographic changes suggest that if the referendum were held to tomorrow, Remain would win.

This is from a guy cheerleading for lost-the-popular-vote Trump.

Can the Irish and the Scots remain in the EU if they choose to, or do they have to follow Britain and jump ship? They don't seem to be too crazy about what may happen to their economies because of Brexit. I'm just an outsider, so pardon my ignorance on the specifics.

Democracy is being chipped away everywhere and its time people stood up to governments that trample on the rights of their citizens.

I take it you're fine with the 6 counties being returned to Ireland, then? It would be good to know, in the spirit of democracy and all that.

Although I'm not British, the fact that the UK government openly defies the wishes of its citizens sets a troubling precedent in the world.

Most governments tend to defy the wishes of their citizens. I'm pretty sure yours does as well.

Screw the EU globalists in Brussels. Just get a hard Brexit done already. The UK is fully capable of doing their own trade deals.

I'm curious as to why you're set against Ireland having a say in its future. You are very much in favour of the UK leaving the EU at all costs.

Does the GFA mean anything to you, or do you just want the EU to be weakened in the face of Russia, Chinese and American hegemony?

The Brits can't even agree whether no-deal Brexit or not

Some people want Brexit with deal; some people want Brexit with no deal; while the rest agree on no Brexit at all

How would you advise Johnson to do this? I’m no legal expert but I’m under the impression that willingly taking us out without a deal would break the law.

What do Fox News and deranged crackpots in basements think about this?

Yeah, Brexit may have to wait until after an early general election.

Question for the Remainers - Why do so many UK citizens want out of the EU if the EU is so great?

A delay on the delay. What a circus.
