On the contrary, Russia is using the vaccine and current situation to stir geopolitical issues, especially with EU. And providing documents about SPUTNIK-V on mail.ru or yandex cloud to scientists? Lol. The vaccine may be good, the scientists behind it are without a doubt true professionals. But using the vaccine as a propaganda tool is immoral, to put it lightly.
Ah, yes, exactly this sentence is being used by their propaganda. Seeing that so much on FB and other platforms. Time to change it a bit.

The back story is that the EU total screwed up and now they trying to get access to the vaccines.

Contractual obligations, must then be published.
Above and beyond the political shenanigans.
If the Australian Government entered and signed into a contractual agreement that stipulated a delivery schedule.
That contractual agreement has to be honored.
