Mueller just took down his first Democrat and it wasn’t even mentioned on CNN’s front page. I wonder why? Looks like Podesta will be next, LOL.

With Trump, a corrupt businessman, even more corrupt politician, in the White House, a spinoff has been exposing - via a free, for-profit press - the border-free areas between business, especially international business, crime and politics.

On this Index the US ranks 22nd. No doubt before the Trump regime ends it will go lower. Trump and family's corruption - at home and 'abroad' - must be checked to keep the US from sinking farther down.

and liberals and the “scandal free” Obama people won’t come anywhere near this article. Let me guess, his actions were personal and he, and only he, is accountable for all of this.

Yet with Manafort, quite different liberal reaction.

Hey, if he did something wrong, then he should suffer the consequences. If Mueller discovered the crime during his investigation, then he had every right to refer the matter for prosecution. Mueller doesn't see right, left, black, white, up or down. He only sees the law. I'm good with that.

Gregory Bestor Craig is an American lawyer and former White House Counsel under President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2010.

From Wikipedia.

Greg Craig was charged on Thursday with lying about work he performed in 2012

From the article.

I guess the right will have to find something else to blame on Obama.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Let me guess, his actions were personal and he, and only he, is accountable for all of this.

Yeah, because it happened after he worked for Obama. Good grief.

Looks like the chickens are slowly coming home to roost.

You'd have to ask a liberal.

The elite US politicians, selling favors and aligning with Russian interests must all be brought to account. No matter what corrupt party they belong to.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Don't old people retire anymore?

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Right, prosecuted for crimes committed after he was no longer employed by Obama. Next. Try again.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

So one of Obama’s government paid White House lawyers was colluding with pro-Russian oligarchs with Paul Manafort during Obama’s presidency (way before Trump even thought about running). Wasn’t this at around the same time Obama promised more flexibility towards Russia after his re-election? Definitely collusion. Time to name a special counsel to investigate the Obama administrations supplication to Putin and for his allowing Russia to disrupt the 2016 election. If there is nothing to hide than Dems should not be against a very deep, thorough criminal investigation.

Greg Craig is just the first of many Russian related indictments of Obama related figures to come. Barr has confirmed that there was spying- I expect two years of investigation of Dems heading into the 2020 election.

Lol, weren't you guys screaming about the ridiculousness of conspiracy theories for the past 2 years?

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Yeah, because it happened after he worked for Obama. Good grief.

Carter Page was surveilled by the FBI after he left the Trump campaign. Unlike Craig, Page has still not been charged with any crime. By this logic was the FBI’s actions against Page illegitimate? Probably as the entire collusion conspiracy theory has been deemed false by Mueller.

I agree. Uranium One should be looked at and deeply.

Hey, if prosecuting conservatives at any given time and those in Trump’s circle then it’s ok to do the same to the previous administration. Prosecuting criminals should be the main focus.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Even if something comes to light, it does NOT change the fact that Trump is a slimey, cheap, dirty, conman. I'm not sure why you guys get so excited about an Obama "scandal", if there even is one. It doesn't distract from Trump's dirty business, nor the GOP's...

You aren't getting my point...He should be prosecuted, but it's not a very good argument for you guys to compare criminals to Trump...you're basically stating "Trump is a criminal, but hey, so is this guy, lock him up". It's funny.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Wait and minute, wait a minute, I thought Trumpers here called the Mueller investigation a "witch hunt" by "16 angry Democrats and 40 corrupt FBI agents"?

So this info must be bogus too, right? This guy is just an innocent victim of the "deep state", right?

I think the Trumper hypocrisy meter just maxed out....

Dems aren't witches, so it can't be a witch hunt anymore, clearly.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

If he broke the law then he should be convicted and sentenced.

Or....

It's all just a witch hunt. There's nothing in here related to collusion so what's up with that? Perjury trap. He finally just told the FBI what they wanted to hear. It's all about revenge since Trump hates Craig. Some of the investigators donated to Republicans. These things were from a long time ago. If he's convicted a Democratic President can just pardon him. It was the swamp / the elitists / deep state / the globalists. We can't trust the top echelon at the FBI or DOJ. Barr is an angry Republican going after a Democrat based on information from other angry Republicans (have you seen their comments?). How can we trust this report?

Damn, that's exhausting.

I think I'll just stick with my original position.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

cla68: Mueller just took down his first Democrat and it wasn’t even mentioned on CNN’s front page.

It was front and center on CNN, that or Assange.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Even if something comes to light, it does NOT change the fact that Trump is a slimey, cheap, dirty, conman.

The Russian collusion thing fell through so perhaps you can get Mueller to investigate Trump for two more years on the conman charge. Hey it’s worth a shot.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Nah, no investigation needed. We already know. I'd rather let Trump investigate Obama, again.

Fell through? You may want to wait until the full report is released, unless Donnie does a real Nixon and tries to suppress it.

And as for the con-man investigations, the NY SD Attorney has that well in hand - did you hear he has already interviewed Hope Hicks last summer?

Can't wait for all the indictments...

No, I don’t get excited about anyone’s shortcomings, I think it’s sad, what I hate about liberals is that they think they are above criticism, cynicism or the illusion that they are infallible or incorruptible.

It doesn't distract from Trump's dirty business, nor the GOP's...

Let’s not even get into the Democrats dirty business, you’ll be beyond disappointed.

He should be prosecuted,

Good, nothing else needs to be said then.

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

Wait and minute, wait a minute, I thought Trumpers here called the Mueller investigation a "witch hunt" by "16 angry Democrats and 40 corrupt FBI agents"?

Yes.

So this info must be bogus too, right?

The difference is so far going by the evidence or lack of, Trump never colluded with Russia, that was stated from the beginning and Mueller, the FBI and the angry Dems had to waste tax payer money to find out the obvious? Anyway, it’s in the record now. With Craig, it seems to be (so far) that the evidence is there that he lied.

This guy is just an innocent victim of the "deep state", right?

So Democrats are trying to eat their own? Makes sense a actually..

I think the Democrat hypocrisy meter just maxed out....

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

And it begins.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

It began, and its likely already over. lol.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Bogus charges from a witch hunt. I hope Trump pardons him! MAGMA/KAGEL!

3 ( +3 / -0 )

I agree. Uranium One should be looked at and deeply.

A deep dive back into debunked, right wing conspiracies. It's funny that you refuse to accept reality regarding the Uranium One deal.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Smacks of projecting, to me.

Nobody here at any time ever, iirc, has said on this or any other topic of corruption/sexual misdemeanours (when it comes to Democrats) that which you claim above.

In fact, whether it's Al Franklin or whoever else, the message has been the same - all corruption must be dealt with. Regardless of which party one supports, or doesn't.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

But, but, but . . . Obama Is on record saying his was a "scandal-free" administration. This year continues getting better and better.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

It was.

Yup, welcome to Trump’s world.

Smacks of projecting, to me.

What?

In fact, whether it's Al Franklin or whoever else, the message has been the same - all corruption must be dealt with. Regardless of which party one supports, or doesn't.

Really? I’m glad you think so, I’ll hold you to that.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

But, but, but . . . Obama Is on record saying his was a "scandal-free" administration.

Oh, my God...where to begin. The list is quite lengthy.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

A deep dive back into debunked, right wing conspiracies.

Yup, welcome to Trump’s world.

Wow. You just admitted that "Trump's World" is full of debunked right wing conspiracies.

Oh, my God...where to begin. The list is quite lengthy.

And to illustrate my observation from above, you just provided one.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Wow. You just admitted that "Trump's World" is full of debunked right wing conspiracies

Oh, let me clarify, Russian collusion, left wing conspiracy debunked, so if liberals think there was, but think Uranium One was a farce, it was equally a farce as well as a waste of time and money to have a 2 year witch hunt on the President.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Fell through? You may want to wait until the full report is released, unless Donnie does a real Nixon and tries to suppress it.

So you don’t believe that Barr’s summary of Muellers report is accurate? You believe that Mueller has concluded that Trump colluded with Russia and obstructed justice?

You just can’t let it go can you?

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Oh, let me clarify, Russian collusion, left wing conspiracy debunked

No, not debunked. Let's be very clear here: nothing has been debunked about Russian collusion or other crimes that were investigated by Mueller until the full, un-redacted Mueller Report gets released to Congress. Claims otherwise are nothing but speculation and will most likely get disproven when the truth finally comes out--and that truth will not come out of William Barr or other supplicants whom Trump supporters are blindly following. Ditto for the ridiculous "witch hunt" claims since quite a few "witches" were caught, and there are most likely more.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

No, not debunked.

Of course it was.

Let's be very clear here: nothing has been debunked about Russian collusion or other crimes that were investigated by Mueller until the full, un-redacted Mueller Report gets released to Congress.

The result of the Mueller report: No Russian Collusion. No more indictments, it’s over and that book is closed, if they want to try and get Trump on obstruction, good luck with that.

William Barr or other supplicants whom Trump supporters are blindly following.

No, it’s just to finally have an AG that will actually look into the investigators that launched this witch hunt which many of them seem opposed to (gee, wonder why) and with good reason.

Ditto for the ridiculous "witch hunt" claims since quite a few "witches" were caught, and there are most likely more.

Which have nothing to do with Trump, but if the left continue on this take down jihad, they’re going to lose again, like in 2010, 2014 and 2016 which is fine by me.
