Trump administration plans to nominate Harry Harris as S Korea envoy

I am sure Adm Harris is very able. However, there is an erroneous school of thought that says a military man can also be a successful Ambassador. Several have been, but others have not. This is the same philosophy that any successful business man can do well in government -- not the case (as we have seen, haven't we?)
