Why would SCOTUS take the case? There is no evidence of fraud. The procedural issues have been clearly decided. The lower courts have been decisive and unanimous. In the words of a TRUMP APPOINTED JUDGE, "The claims have no merit." And there are no Constitutional issues involved.

And why on earth would CJ Roberts want to expose SCOTUS to this freak show?

I suspect t that SCOTUS will decline to take up the case. In the event it does take the case, there are not 5 votes to over turn the will of the electorate in what has been decisively proven to be a free and fair election.

Trump used his interview on Fox News Channel's "Sunday Morning Futures" to repeat the allegations he has made without evidence

In other words Trump's using one of his far right media outlets "to repeat the allegations he has made without evidence"

Trump will go down in history as the most dishonest politician in modern US history, a male who used the media more effectively than any politician, maybe ever to market his brand name. Ivanka, Jared and kin smile.

According to some regular posters here there is a mountain of verifiable evidence that will blow the lid off this whole thing and breeze through the SC.

But the mainstream media are hiding this information. It’s so secret apparently that even Rudy hasn’t seen it.

It’s a huge cover up perpetrated by every investigative journalist in the world and known only to a select few truth seekers who shared it on social media.

Or something like that.

options dwindle !?

Seems to me things are getting heated up, and these MSM writers are just doin their thang. Remember that name “Navid Keshavarz-Nia”

In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden.

The Wisconsin recount, generously sponsored by he GOP for $ 3 million, yielded 87 votes additional for Biden.

So the GOP paid $ 34,482 for each additional Biden vote.

I say we do recounts for all the votes cast in the election !!!!

Remember that name “Navid Keshavarz-Nia”

Is he riding the Kraken? Can’t wait to see him in the SC.

Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis said the recounts "revealed serious issues regarding the legality of ballots cast," without elaborating or providing any evidence.

Keep collecting that paycheck, Jenna.

Rudy and Jenna are taking advantage of trump’s diminished mental faculties and that is a shame!!

"The problem is it's hard to get it to the Supreme Court,"

SOS! Help me Amy!

The insidious seeds of doubt and disbelief that Trump planted in the minds of millions over the deadly reality of the virus were also sown by Trump months ago concerning a conspiracy to stage a "rigged" election, the only way that could deprive him, "the stable genius" and, in his mind, "the greatest president since Lincoln", of a second term. Trump may yet succeed in establishing a destructive legend like the Nazis did with their notorious November Dolchstosslegende (the November legend of the "stab in the back" from Communists and Jews that deprived the German army of victory in WW1). That this insidious meme of a "stolen election victory" may have infected the minds of some of the millions who voted for the RINO fraud is truly frightening to contemplate. America now needs a vaccine to protect the health of its ailing democracy from the virus of Trumpism.

Even Any 3 names isn’t going to go along with this freak show.

Remember that name “Navid Keshavarz-Nia”

Funny how some people can dismiss 26 women accusing one president of sexual misconduct as liars, but will absolutely believe one random guy who says the whole national election was a massive fraud (whose execution would require hudreds of willing participants). Olympics-level mental gymnastics.

Trump said he will continue to fight the results of the election, saying "my mind will not change in six months."

Well, in six months he's likely to be sitting in a cell at Rikers Island for tax fraud...

His comments appeared to signal his intention to continue contesting the outcome even after he leaves office. Aides say he has discussed several media ventures, including starting a television channel or social media company to keep him in the spotlight ahead of a potential 2024 White House bid.

Trump University 2.0 - just a clear, obvious attempt to string his weak-minded supporters along so they'll watch his channel, keep going to his rallies, and shop at the Trumpstore.com....in other words, just another pathetic Trump con-job...

Me thinks that cocktail he received for treating his COVID-19 illness has gone to his head. He really is making no sense whatsoever (not that he made any sense before). He goes on and on like a broken record of how the election was stolen from him. He even says Republican senators in states he lost in are against him. And the DOJ, FBI and CIA are also against him in a massive fraud. And when the SC rules against him, he will probably claim that they are against him too and are in the fraud as well.

This trump obsession on saving face after a thrashing at the polls, is putting the country in danger.

News coming out that the Pennsylvania sham hearing was another super spreader, with at least one senator testing positive.

Rudy and Jenna need to be prosecuted for their irresponsibility!!!

Trump used his interview on Fox News Channel's "Sunday Morning Futures" to repeat the allegations he has made without evidence about widespread electoral fraud.  ‘We have found many illegal votes’

I guess the stable genius forgot to tell his lawyers that - three of them have stated under oath that "we are not alleging fraud or that the election was stolen"....

It's crystal clear that Trump and his cronies are screaming "fraud".....until they step foot in a courtroom and are under oath - and could be cited for contempt, then their story is the exact opposite;

Giuliani: "This is not a fraud case"...

His Attorney in Pennsylvania: "There is no evidence of any fraud"...

His Attorney in Arizona: "We are not alleging fraud or anyone stealing the election"...

For five days, no Trump supporter here has stepped up to explain that...

Hmmmmm......

"The problem is it's hard to get it to the Supreme Court," Trump.

Yes and no.

Yes, it is hard to get the S.Ct. to hear a case that would rely heavily on state law and facts supporting the case, and those issues have already been decided without an error.

The Penn. S.Ct. has already ruled on a matter of state law, and state and federal courts have thrown out the cases for lack of evidence. S, there is little to nothing for the S.Ct to consider at this point.

The only point that could be challenged is whether the appellate court's upholding of the denial of the ability to amend the compliant is an issue that the S.Ct would take on. My guess is that is something the lower court and the appellate court considered very carefully to prevent it from being appealed further.

This coming from the party who apparently despises "frivolous lawsuits."

Yes and it's very telling that the lawyers in all these lawsuits aren't mentioning "fraud".

Trump says it a lot, but there's no evidence and it doesn't look good for legal folk to be wasting the courts time.

*But under questioning from judges in Arizona and Pennsylvania, Trump’s lawyers have backed away from actually asserting fraud. Despite Trump’s allegations to the contrary, his lawyers have acknowledged that they are not claiming that dead people voted or that occasional computer glitches were part of a deliberate conspiracy. Eventually — and, under the accelerated time frame of these cases, that means pretty quickly — the lawyers are going to have to present actual evidence to judges. Without such evidence, judges will dismiss the claim. And a lawyer making fraud claims without evidence runs the risk that an impatient judge might dismiss an entire case, even if other, legitimate claims are being made.*

What's the best Trump wants evidence, any evidence at any cost and sharpish? Or changes to the law in his favour?

This coming from the party who apparently despises "frivolous lawsuits."

Oh, the GoP likes them a frivolous lawsuit. They like anything that will go their way. Hey, they even said they like Russia because it looks like a primarily white population....

There are a few GoP controlled states that allow them, and the GoP files them all the time.

Nunes filed one this year seeking damages from a troll Twitter account about his dairy cows. oh, the hurt that must have caused.

The delusional current occupant of the White House must understand that We The People of the United States of America elected Joseph R. Biden as the next President (POTUS) period.

This is not negotiable, its done.

His retrograde misadministration has done tremendous damage to the country and its people. Prolonging this misery and making things difficult for the Biden Administration is, well, beyond reproach.

It is reported that he intends to run for office in November 2024 ... shame on him. His new slogan should be: “Make the United States of America Insane Again”.

Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani has ruined his reputation for nothing.

Yes, but even his reputation as "America's Mayor" created by the MSM looking for a "hero" in the aftermath of 9-11 was just fake news and a fraud perpetrated on the families of the firefighters who were sent by the clueless Giuliani kamikaze-style into the blazing inferno of the WTC towers without the proper equipment. Those bereaved families know the real Giuliani. He deserves to disappear from public life along with his crooked client. America has suffered enough at their grifting hands.

Well, Trump has finally convinced me - yes, indeed there was fraud - and I find Trump's explanation compelling...

Elvis, Hunter, and the Area 51 Aliens stole millions of Trump votes in Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan, then hid them in that Monolith that suddenly appeared in Utah. But Rudy tracked it down and found it - that's why they beamed it back to their UFO yesterday- and its gone.

And that mysterious flash over the night sky in Japan yesterday - all those Trump votes being dumped into the atmosphere to burn up....

Now that's an argument and evidence any Trump supporter can buy into...

Unless they can produce actual malicious code residing in vote counting software that changes the vote count her claim is nothing more than heresay, which is not admissible in most courts in the US.

As a point of fact, a hand count of paper ballots in Georgia came up with the same result as the machine count, so if there is some sort of vote altering software in the machines it didn't work. Same thing in Wisconsin. Mr. Biden even picked up a few more votes from the hand re-count compared to the original machine count.

What will Trump’s supporters be saying when SCOTUS refuses to hear any of Trump’s frivolous lawsuits?

They are "frivolous" why? Because the "mainstream" media says so?

In the event, by and large Trump supporters would complain but accept and not riot. Unlike the other side.

Err... yes. It is called the the swamp, the establishment, the deep state, the military-industrial complex, pick your term. They have been against him since he threw a wrench in the machine by getting elected 4 years ago.

It is amazing the people still try to portrait the conflict as one of one establishment party vs another while in reality it is populism vs elitism.

FizzBit:. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia

Yawn.

All Dominion machines are simple touch screens where you select your choice. Then it prints out a paper ballot with your choices. Then you hand the ballot to an election official.

They can match the physical paper with the electronic choice.

Are you saying the the machines switched the electronic votes to Biden, then printed out a ballot for Biden, and not a single person out of millions of Trump voters noticed? Not a single one of them looked at their paper ballot and suddenly saw their vote was changed? It's the only way the numbers could match with the electronic fraud going on.

What will Trump’s supporters be saying when SCOTUS refuses to hear any of Trump’s frivolous lawsuits?

They will.

Will they claim the Deep State interfered with a plan hatched by Obama and funded by Soros?

Not when it comes to the SC but otherwise....

It really doesn’t matter what they say because the damage has been done.

Yes!

Trump has convinced his low intelligence supporters, which is all of them, that there was fraud. This has eroded trust in our elections. Trump’s assault on the institutions that underpin our democratic republic continues, and his poorly educated supporters cheer him on.

Trump didn’t have to convince us on anything that 70+ million didn’t see with their very own eyes, if the Dems want to undermine democracy for half of the segment and if they think we will just calm down and go away, not going to happen, not this time, liberals browbeat the poor and that’s just more voters for Trump and the GOP and as that number continues to grow it just destroys any remaining credibility the left had with these people.

Have you read his statement though ?

Basically his only proof is : "Biden got too many vote at the last moment giving him the victory, it's not possible". Seems a bit light at this point.

The US Supreme Court typically only takes a case - if there's a case

So far, Trump and his legal teams have not proven there's a case - the courts in different parts of the country have thrown out lawsuit after lawsuit due to lack of solid evidence. Meaning there's not enough there to even have a case. At this point, after dozens of lawsuits after lawsuits, the courts become clear that it's now just a series of frivolous lawsuits. Like some people file week after week after week (ex: Jack Thompson)

Even Trump's senior advisor Republican ex-NJ Gov. Chris Christie noticed something significant about the lawsuits:

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/chris-christie-trump-legal-team-national-embarrassment

“This is outrageous conduct by any lawyer,” Christie said. “They allege fraud outside the courtroom but when they go inside the courtroom they don’t plead fraud and they don’t argue fraud.”

“We cannot continue to act as if something happened here that didn’t happen. You have an obligation to present the evidence,” Chris said. “The evidence has not been presented. And you must conclude – as Tucker Carlson even concluded the other night – that if you’re unwilling to come forward and present the evidence, it must mean the evidence doesn’t exist.”

They tell people that there is fraud, but when they go inside a courtroom, that is not what they're arguing for. They tell people one thing, but inside the courts, they tell another story

Even famous conservative talk-show hosts Tucker Carlson and Rush Limbaugh are asking for real evidence now:

https://ijr.org/limbaugh-trump-camp-present-evidence-alleged-voter-fraud/

Limbaugh chided the Trump campaign for making big claims without any actual proof.

“You call a gigantic press conference like that — one that lasts an hour — and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells. There better be something at that press conference other than what we got,” Limbaugh said. “They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened. And that’s just, that’s not — well, it’s not good.”

Limbaugh isn’t the only Republican media personality who is having a hard time believing the Trump campaign’s false claims of voter fraud.

During his show on Thursday, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson called out [Trump lawyer] Powell for not providing him evidence to support her election claims “despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page.”

Carlson told viewers that when his crew continued to press her for evidence, Powell “got angry and told us to stop contacting her.”

So you gotta ask yourself, if even Rush Limbaugh and Tucker Carlson aren't buying it anymore, why are you still?

What an absolute baby and coward! hahaha. I could quote Republicans speaking in 2016 on Dems not conceding (even though Hilary did in less than 24 hours), and Republicans would agree with it. Then I could point out the 180 + the same GOP members have taken on now, and they would agree with it. Heck, I could say Trump has asked them to get down and lick his boots, and they would do it. Basically, Trump supporters have no morals, and no dignity, and it's no surprise they area crying and begging as Trump is now.

10 ( +10 / -0 )

previously I asked you what constitutional points could Trump have. You couldn’t answer. Do you now have any?

I already and repeatedly stated that.

you and many others seem to be suffering from election denialism.

No, not at all, but 70+ people don’t believe the election was executed fairly, you or any other liberal or news, tabloid or cable outfit will change the minds of me or the millions of what they saw, now no one is saying the election will be overturned, but at the very least if the SC can hear the evidence and determine that there were irregularities and more have occurred and that many civil right violations as well as constitutional laws were broken and the need to be scrutinized and validated is what we all want and Trump has enough time until January, 20th so he’s in no rush, he should take his time and pursue this to the end.

I’m sorry for your lost.

Hopefully you’ll get over it and there’s always 2028 to look forward to.

In 2022 I’ll be saying the same back to you. ROFL!

In all American history the president's office changes from republican to democrat. It’s not like it’s something new here.

No, but given the circumstances surrounding this election, yeah, it’s a first.

And you know, Trump only surrounds himself with "the best people", right?

Plenty are saying it. It’s just that nobody else believes them.

Sigh. Ok. Knock yourselves out, go for it.

And when it’s all proven a big pile of nothing, as you know it will be, what will you do next?

Plenty are saying it. It’s just that nobody else believes them.

Well, some people won’t believe them, others will, both sides are suspicious of the other persons intent and motives and let the legal system play out..

Sigh. Ok. Knock yourselves out, go for it.

Yup, we will.

And when it’s all proven a big pile of nothing, as you know it will be,

We don’t think so.

what will you do next?

Keep the Senate and win the House.

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

Keep the Senate and win the House.

And if both of those fail?

6 ( +6 / -0 )

its all over by Jan 4th. The house declares the new president.

Under the Constitution the President will remain in power until the 20th of January and let’s not forget the House can declare but if the judiciary finds irregularities and constitutional laws broken that could turn into a very serious problem. Either way, Trump has time.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

Bass:. 70+ million people

I'm not sure why you keep bringing up the fact that Trump lost by millions and millions of votes. Perhaps you have pride in finishing second but it doesn't change the fact that, once again, you are a minority.

You think the shenanigans of the past few weeks are endearing Georgia voters to vote Republican again?
