but you still provide no alternatives not even a clue. Given the history of Putin and also the manufacture of the Novichok which it hid for so long and also Putin's hatred of betrayal which is even more than his deep hatred of NATO putting the ex-spy down would be his way of doing business and sending a warning to others not to do the same.

I don't expect the evidence will ever be 100% just like the radiation poisoning wasn't but when the majority of the evidence points in one way and it starts looking like all roads lead to Moscow. If there was enough doubt, why then, is America and every European country backing PM May on this when she isn't liked that much in Europe because of the Brexit.

I guess you want the manufacturers name and country of origin stamped on it.

I can only decide by reading what I could find including much by Craig Murray who is also a WikiLeaks operative and close friend of Julian Assange. Sacked by the FOC after two years as an ambassador and I didn't think he provided enough evidence to back up his claims which also includes still having contacts at the FOC but I doubt anyone there would want to be associated with a WikiLeaks operative.

At the moment its something of a horse race and my money is on Putin but if other reliable evidence comes to light I will change.

But you provide nothing except doubt so at least if it wasn't Russia who then? Let's avoid all the silly conspiracy stories.

This is all just a dog and pony show to distract the public from matters like Brexit, lawlessness on the streets of London in the form of moped gangs and violent crime and the hostile takeover of engineering firm GKN.

I think you're doing the British public a disservice. Give them a bit more credit than that.

This is not a false flag/deep state thingy. It's an attack by a foreign power on British soil.

Goodlucktoyou

how about to do a little research about your comment.

Instead of a negative comment, how about providing a little of your own research that informs us which country invented the Novichok, which countries manufactured it and which countries are likely to still have military grade Novichok which I couldn't find any

The nerve agent novichok was developed and produced in Shikhany, home of a military research establishment in central Russia, according to a chemical weapons expert. Hamish de Bretton-Gordon said the information was contained in a report submitted several years ago by Russia to the international body that monitors chemical weapons, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

Do other countries have Novichok I would not know such secrets.

Nonsense. Thy aren't paying you enough at the troll farm.

Massively underwhelming "support" there. And no wonder given the dubious reaction to Boris Johnson's latest interview with Die Welt in which he has been caught "being economical with the truth."

http://www.dw.com/en/boris-johnson-russias-position-in-skripal-case-is-increasingly-bizarre/a-43043873

He states that the scientists at Porton Down have identified the nerve agent used on the Skripals to be "novichok" made in Russia.

Yet in the High Court Judgement yesterday the Porton Down "guy" says, on page 10, Evidence 18:

"Blood samples from Sergei Skripal and Yulia Skripal were analysed and the findings indicated exposure to a nerve agent or related compound. The samples tested positive for the presence of a Novichok class nerve agent or closely related agent."

https://www.judiciary.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/sshd-v-skripal-and-another-20180322.pdf

Nowhere does the Porton Down "guy" say it's a "novichok" made in Russia. The interviewer from Die Welt clearly doesn't believe what he's saying and neither does the German government, by all accounts. Boris is such a poor liar.

Boris Johnson states

"He states that the scientists at Porton Down have identified the nerve agent used on the Skripals to be "novichok" made in Russia."

The scientist from Proton Down in a court document states

"Blood samples from Sergei Skripal and Yulia Skripal were analysed and the findings indicated exposure to a nerve agent or related compound. The samples tested positive for the presence of a Novichok class nerve agent or closely related agent."

Alfie Noake states

"Nowhere does the Porton Down "guy" say it's a "novichok" made in Russia."

The wording between Boris Johnson, a politician and the court document from a scientist. Both actually use the word Novichok (Johnson) and Novichok class nerve agent(scientist). There are more than one class of the nerve agent.

Russia is the inventor and the only country to manufacture Novichok and did it in a way to hide it.

'Russia's novichok programme exists, I worked on it,' scientist tells Sky News

So your conspiracy theories continue?

There is no doubt here, to dispute the obvious is cowardly, apologetic appeasement, for a crooked, nefarious liquidator that assassinates or imprisons his critics and worse.

It’s got me’ – lonely death of Soviet scientist poisoned by novichok

Why can't the U.K. Let us have better relations with Russia?

One minute he was Our Man in Tashkent, the next he was a major embarrassment for the Foreign Office. Craig Murray, ambassador to Uzbekistan, talks to Nick Paton Walsh about his turbulent year

Alfie: Nice legwork on that one.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

It's Craig Murray's legwork, to be honest.

https://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archives/2018/03/boris-johnson-a-categorical-liar/

Doesn't all this remind you of 2001? Novichok instead of anthrax, Boris Johnson instead of Colin Powell and the maniac John Bolton back on the scene. It isn't going to end well.

Do other countries have Novichok I would not know such secrets.

My point.

Could be sourced from Iran:

I still think the Politicians are jumping the gun a bit without having (or revealing) the solid unequivocal evidence that it was directed by the Russian state.

Do you really think that any powerful enough country won't have tried to replicate such weapon and let Russia as the only power having it ?!

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Am not "consipiring" anything, I don't want to take any side, I am just pointing out that "Russia has first invented it" implies "Russia is the author" is wrong.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

and the only country to manufacture Novichok

how about to do a little research about your comment.
