I wish the media would tell the truth for once and call the so-called police by their real name: Chinese militarized force. Live ammo vs a glass bottle..Real gas masks vs a stop shop paper mask. really the media is on the wrong side.

This is a fight between democracy and freedom against communism. Simple as that. The protesters are heroes, and the HK police are communist thugs. As is the thug HK government and their puppet public servants.

Every time the thug HK police shoot an unarmed citizen, the world will further turn against Communist China. Support the HK freedom fighters against evil Communists! Trade sanctions on China NOW!

The last few days, protests over a fare increase on the metro in Santiago happened. The protests caused damage to buildings and the metro. Because the Chilean govt listens to their people, they rolled back the fare increase within 2 days and will work to find ways to address the funding shortfall on the metro.

Hong Kong leadership should pay attention to how other cities handle their political disagreements. Lam is a little slow. She needs to step down and take the other Beijing appointments with her.

Moronic. These aren't protesters, these are thugs. If they truly cares about raising legitimate concerns they wouldn't engage in such violence.

It seems you are a communist sympathiser, really disappointing for someone who loves Japan. Japan is for freedom and democracy, and against Communist controlled HK, I hope you understand it. Dont believe the Chinese propaganda.

There are thugs and there are peaceful protesters. Check out the YouTube videos for yourselves.

China's land, China's laws, China's right. Or, do you only apply this "logic" to Jaoan?

So in order to protest the government, the protesters riot, loot, and destroy businesses?

Moronic. These aren't protesters, these are thugs. If they truly cares about raising legitimate concerns they wouldn't engage in such violence.

The protests are escalating and may turn into a full-blown war. Beijing will never submit to any protester demands, they have no respect for anyone’s authority other than the despot Xi Jinping.
