That was a close call. The astronauts faced 6-7 Gs tumbling in the upper atmosphere before falling down to earth like a rock

The Soyuz has been reliable workhorse. Still, it may just be showing its age

While this is investigated for months, unfortunately for the astronauts in the space station, they'd have no choice but to stay there until the investigation is finished and problems corrected
