This is another big mainstream media fail in that they have not reported, at all, on the serious weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.

It must be a conspiracy!

I thought it was a cut and dry case.

The jury doesn't seem to think so.

Why would you have ever thought that? If you had, it demonstrates a complete lack of knowledge about the US legal system.

Either way, he’s done. He can’t show his face in Hollywood and is totally erased from the film industry. So he still ultimately loses.

Really? Were you in the courtroom? Did you hear something you know wasn't reported in the MSM?

Because as far as I can see, the most serious weakness in the prosecution's case is the fact that at least two of the women voluntarily maintained an affectionate-sounding communication with Weinstein after the "event", as shown in emails, etc. Now I think that's a problem for the prosecution, and I learned it through the mainstream media.

So what do you know that we don't? And where did you get it?
