Trump still faces two similar lawsuits pending in other courts that also accuse him of violating the Constitution's rarely tested "emoluments" clauses

Trump, McConnell etal want to accelerate the pace for appointing judges who'll be beholden to them so they can more easily continue to increase their wealth while in office. How have Moscow Mitch and wife (appointed by Trump to join his swamp) got so much richer since he's been in office, besides his wife's China connections?

Will Congress be looking at Jared's 'deals' with Israel?

How about White House 'employees' Jared and Ivanka's 'international' dealings?

The two of them, senior advisers to the president, reported an income last year of up to $135 million, which included the kind of foreign entanglements that should scream conflict of interest.https://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion/op-ed/ej-montini/2020/01/28/hunter-biden-slouch-compared-ivanka-trump-and-jared-kushner/4594904002/

How about Ivanka/Trump Inc's deals with members of the Communist Party of China?

How many Ivanka/Trump trademarks there and other places around the 'globe'?

Democrats are having a very bad week. They got shellacked a few days ago and now this?

Trump keeps winning. Even if he loses the election he will win since he will never leave the WH. There is proof about that. What happens if there is a recession?

A federal appeals court on Friday threw out a lawsuit brought by Democratic lawmakers that accused Donald Trump of violating anti-corruption provisions in the U.S. Constitution with his business dealings, capping a week of political victories for the Republican president.

Dear Nancy ( Honorable, respected , glorified, your highness.. etc.. ) Shall we impeach that Federal court? Or start tearing up the court orders from now. Which one is fitting you Nancy? Daddy's little girl .

Dems lose yet again. Muh emoluments! That’s done too. Next!

Answer: None. Trump refuses to let the electrician in, then he just says its fixed and the Repubs sit in the dark and cheer...

Which relates to this topic how? “The Congressional Democrats” can’t sue anyone. What judge let this even get this far to have to be unanimously overruled?

It seems that Democrats will jump at any chance to grasp at straws hoping that sooner, or later, some Democrat will actually find something that will finally convince the other half of the country that Democrats are believable.

It is hilarious how paranoid the Left has become about Trump. The president keeps trolling his haters and they work themselves up into a lather every time.

No worries about this latest loss in the courts. Pelosi, Nadler, and Schiff will never give up.

It’s crazy that Americans still support this man who had been proven a criminal. It’s hard to say whether it’s more pathetic, or whether it’s more... pathetic.

The Senate didn’t think so.

It’s hard to say whether it’s more pathetic, or whether it’s more... pathetic.

Not sure, but I’m happy.

One of the two other emoluments lawsuits against Trump, brought by the Democratic attorneys general for the District of Columbia and Maryland, is awaiting a ruling by the Richmond, Virginia-based 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The New York-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last year revived the other emoluments lawsuit, which was brought by a public interest advocacy group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.

Winning? More like putting off the inevitable...

Mr FIP (Forever Impeached President) has so much crime going on that he'll be tied up in courts when Barron is 50...

And waiting out there is the NYSD Attorney and "Individual-1", and that payoff check signed in black Sharpie...

Hey Manafort, Gates, Cohen, Stone - you'll be having company soon...make sure to have a bag of Cheetos waiting for him...

I thought we had to do an analysis of the political affiliation of judges before deciding if they issued the 'right" decision. I guess that goes out the window when Trump wins.

upstairs out in the open-nope! Over 50% of Americans disapproved of impeaching Trump. And his latest approval rating is 49%

It’s weird watching you guys go on about the MSM and fake news for years, then you go and repeat fake news from your MSM.

You didn’t think we forgot did you?

Over 50% of Americans disapproved of impeaching Trump. And his latest approval rating is 49%

Source, please.

I hope you are not cherry-picking polls you like. That would be dishonest.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Sure they did.

They didn’t, if they did, they would have convicted and removed him, but even and let’s take that stupid hypothetical for a moment, if that were even remotely true, it’s over. Crying about won’t help the Dems. Personally I want to watch them pursue this president and burn out every last resource that they have, to make it more easier for Trump to slide into his second term.

They just have no ethics and pretended reality wasn’t reality.

Many of us feel about the Democrats the same way, they have no ethics

You don’t think those of us not of your team are going to stop seeing reality just because your team has abandoned it, do you? That would be ridiculous.

Strange, I’m begging Dems to continue this baseless tirade to further help this President. The more you guys helped him the better it is for our team, so please continue, I am begging you.

If those figures are even within throwing range of accurate, it is crazy.

Which is wot Strangerland said.

If those figures are even within throwing range of accurate, it is crazy.

Why?

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Why? Because Trump is a straight up loser. It's surprising to a lot of people that some people who love him so much.

Quick pivot away from the topic. Which was case was unanimously thrown out of court.

“In another Trump win, court tosses Democrats' suit over his businesses”

no wonder liberals want to talk about anything but that. Devastating! They didn’t just lose, it got tossed!

I say follow the trail of money from the Democrats' pockets. There are plenty to discover. Trump has enough money to care for more money.

The economy saved Trump. There better not be a recession or market crash. But then he will just blame Hillary then refuse to leave the WH anyway

nishikat:

Well, that would simply be taking the Trump haters by their word, since currently they are denying that Trumps deregulation and trade policy has anything to do with the current economic boom. Trying to have it both ways?

then refuse to leave the WH anyway

When has a president ever left the office because of an economic dowturn? Any example for that?

Crickets....

Personally I don't give credit or blame on presidents and economy. But the fact is since Trump killed Obamacare (which the Republicans invented) more people are getting shafted by medical bills. Trump literally takes credit for the economic recovery after Obama trashed it. He owns it and that's how Trump people see that. The economy saved Trump in impeachment.

Trump's corporate tax cuts have resulted in companies buying their own stock aka bubble.
