Trump continues to make America far less secure.

Putin did not confirm how, technically, Russia would deploy missiles with a shorter strike time. Possible options include deploying them on the soil of an ally near U.S. territory,....

Like.....Venezuela maybe?

Not much point in threatening the US at this stage, is there? Mission is almost accomplished, Putin has managed to get his man to the White House, plague discourse with fakery and falsehoods and exploit the existing divisions in the country.

"Putin responded to the U.S. move by saying Russia would mirror Washington's actions by suspending its own obligations and quitting the pact."

Might as well, they never followed it anyway. At least this way, they won't be in violation of anything anymore.

The fact that Russia would threaten us at this point kinda proves the opposite.

Even Clapper telling CNN that liberals need to be prepared for an anticlimactic finish to mueller.

When Putin took measure of Trump’s character, in order to determine how viable Trump was compliant puppet, Putin found a man lacking in judgement, volatile, indecisive, given to enormous self indulgence, a malleable narcissist, a man with no loyalty to anything or anyone but himself; a soft man, a liar at his core. He found the perfect weakling to install in the presidency of his greatest adversary, the United States, with the goal of destroying it from the inside out.

Donnie's Master showing again all his elementary school bluster for the world to see...

Of course, since Donnie accepted Putin's word that nKoreas missiles can't reach the US when every US intel agency in his own administration said they could, maybe Putin has whispered in his ear that this was all for show...

Trump's decision to cancel the INF treaty  has an intention to make risky stragetic posture! Russia should learn this lesson and no more repeating those blunders done by Grobachev, the 1987 INF was part of his blunders!

The American decicsion was like Japan's 1933 abolishiment of the Washingtion Naval treaty and kick start a massive arms race under the notion of a fascist regieme!

Russia was not adhering to the treaty anyway, and China refused to sign one, so why would the US handicap itself?

I don't agree with Trump much, but on this there is no other logical step.

China refused to sign one

China NEVER NEVER NEVER signed the INF treaty in 1987 or ever something like this brought to the office desk of the PRC supreme leader? Why should China or the PLA restrain herself to dvelop the SRBM,IRBM,ICBM,SLBMs that she has the legitimated rights to  own?

If you never signed a treaty, who can expect you to comply the terms or obligations that was written?  Except the Mafias!

Hitler scrapped the Versallies treaty 1919, Japan scrapped the Washington Naval treaty 1923, Trump scrapped the INF treaty 1987..... They were all logical step!  Yes sure! For warmonger logics!

Wait, let me get this straight. You're saying it was ok for China to never sign the treaty because they have the right to build whatever missiles that they want to. But Russia and the US leaving the treaty so they can do the same is because they are 'warmongers'?

That's some crazy logic.

@extanker

Because they have some idiotic leaders like Gorbachev and Regan! Especially Regan, a warmonger!

Wait, what?? Reagan and Gorbachev?? You realize that they were leaders in the ‘80s, right...? Not to mention responsible for reuniting Germany and the collapse of the Soviet Union? Those are your warmongers?? Just what textbooks are you learning your history from??

Of course this is opposed to President Xi, the guy who recently appointed himself president for life. Yeah. Nothing wrong with that guy. No reason not to trust him...
