but... but... it's OK when the Republicans break the law!

The jury has heard how Manafort made tens of millions of dollars for work with pro-Russian politicians in Ukraine. Mueller is also investigating possible coordination between Trump campaign members and Russian officials in the election campaign, but the charges against Manafort do not address that.

Global thug capitalism cheered on by brainjacked RWNJ's - worldwide.

11 ( +11 / -0 )

He has to prove it was in fact at Manafort’s “direction”. So far Gates admitted to personally committing financial crimes, admitted to stealing money from Manafort and also admitted he was offered no jail time in return for his testimony.

the methods he used to steal from Manafort couid be the cause of the bank frauds and lack of paying taxes. Let’s see what happens when the defense questions him.

Bread and circuses for the left and Mueller is Master of Ceremonies.

@fizzb Bread and circuses for the left and Mueller is Master of Ceremonies.

Translation: US laws shouldn't apply to Trump's global bund. US intelligence agencies should only investigate those outside Trump's syndicate.

19 ( +19 / -0 )

Manafort's accountants have already testified that Manafort didn't tell them about the overseas accounts. It has already be proven that Manafort was paying for expensive items with those same overseas accounts. The accountants also admitted to misleading the banks under Manafort's instructions. Therefore, we already know that Manafort broke the law. Gates' testimony will show that Manafort was well aware that he was breaking the law.

There is enough evidence already to convict him. The Republican judge is hoping to expose what evidence Mueller has leads back to Dump, so the judge can help his Republican cronies.

You're so confused. This was way before Trump. But don't let the facts get in the way of your hateful emotions.

-19 ( +1 / -20 )

The world is finally getting to see what a disgusting swamp creature Manafort is;

 - Failed to register as a foreign lobbyist – representing a Ukrainian politician financed by and supported by Putin

 - Lived such an extravagant lifestyle that he blew through his millions in just a couple years – was broke when hired by Trump

 - Testimony confirmed by two witnesses (and potentially more) that he hid money in off-shore accounts and failed to declare that for income tax purposes.

 - Took loans from Russian oligarchs and failed to declare it – putting him at risk of blackmail and extortion while running Trump’s campaign

And Trump says he hires “only the best” – what he left out was only the best criminals, fraudsters, and denizens of the cesspool – just like himself.

21 ( +21 / -0 )

Translation: US laws shouldn't apply to Trump's global bund. US intelligence agencies should only investigate those outside Trump's syndicate.

This is all so stupid. It would seem Manafort broke the law, but this is way of an overstretch, but that’s what Mueller does, the man that put Martha Stewart away for lying. But I guess he needs to justify his existence for this.

Daily reminder that this man on trial and who has been charged with numerous crimes against the US is the former campaign chair of the sitting president of the US, a president who admitted this weekend that his campaign did in fact hold a meeting with people sent by the Russian government--a hostile foreign power--to try to work with Russia to attack our election system. The man sitting in the Oval Office has admitted his campaign attempted that.

And not a dam_ word for Republicans about this. They've all of them abused and betrayed their oaths to serve our country.

It's probably a toss up as to who's sweating the most today, Trump, Trump, Jr., or Manafort. None of whom deserve any sympathy for selling out their country.

If the left wants to criticize Russia for its role in meddling in our elections, it would be good to know the catalyst as to what was the major driving force for that.

The man sitting in the Oval Office has admitted his campaign attempted that.

Which he also did in July 2017 and?

And not a dam_ word for Republicans about this. They've all of them abused and betrayed their oaths to serve our country.

So what should we conservatives say? Yes, he should have been more forthcoming, but that this is a crime that someone should face a firing squad? Lol

It's probably a toss up as to who's sweating the most today, Trump, Trump, Jr., or Manafort. None of whom deserve any sympathy for selling out their country.

Trump’s not sweating, he has pardoning powers.

This junta is going down. Piece by piece.

Watch them justify their lavish lifestyles, their crimes and corruptions. Then watch them defend getting into bed with a hostile nation in order to steal the Presidency. Watch them lie to you on a daily basis. Watch them insult your intelligence. They are laughing at you.

Lock them up!

LOCK THEM UP!!

10 ( +11 / -1 )

Maybe if Hillary hadn’t intervened in Russia’s election

She didn't. Unless you have some information nobody else does.

what should we conservatives say? Yes, he should have been more forthcoming, but that this is a crime that someone should face a firing squad?

i.e., if it ain't a capital offense, it ain't worth looking into

Trump’s not sweating, he has pardoning powers.

Good luck with that strategy.

15 ( +15 / -0 )

This junta is going down. Piece by piece.

And then Trump pardons them and then what?

Watch them justify their lavish lifestyles, their crimes and corruptions.

Ok, so being rich is a crime now? Wow, I should be the death penalty then.

Then watch them defend getting into bed with a hostile nation in order to steal the Presidency.

There is absolutely No proof of that whatsoever, none.

Watch them lie to you on a daily basis. Watch them insult your intelligence. They are laughing at you.

Ok, but we should allow our media to lie and give hem a pass. Smh...

-14 ( +0 / -14 )

Trump’s not sweating, he has pardoning powers.

Not sweating?  The guy is absolutely melting.  He just threw his own (wonderful) son under the bus;

 -  Yes we had a meeting with the Russians to get dirt on Hillary but I didn't attend or know about it - it was my wonderful son Don Jr - he's the one that deserves to be indicted for conspiring with a hostile foreign power, not me...

This after 1) We didn't meet with any Russians, 2) We did meet with Russians, 3) Some of these Russians had ties to Russian intelligence, 4) But the meeting was only about adoptions, 5) The meeting wasn't about adoptions but about getting derogatory information on Clinton collected by Russia.  Stories 6 and 7 will be forthcoming shortly...maybe after another three lies we may get to the bottom truth.

And he has to sit through this whole week and see what a con-artist and soon to be inmate his former Campaign Chairman is.  But he knows that's just Act 1 of Mr Mueller's production and he's worried - just look at how unhinged he was at his recent Ohio lounge act (rally).

Sweating?  Trump is melting back into the swamp from which he came.

11 ( +12 / -1 )

we should allow our media to lie and give hem a pass. Smh...

More specifics, please. Who lied about what?

8 ( +8 / -0 )

@bas4 There is absolutely No proof of that whatsoever, none.

Echoing once again Putin's 'Can't prove it! Can't prove it!' Regardless how much information political extremists are presented with, the likelihood of them being willing to accept other perspectives, no matter how solid the evidence, is pretty slim. Their reasoning is fossilized.

Ok, but we should allow our media to lie and give hem a pass. Smh...

If the 'media' lie, switch sources. If they've broken a law, call your local DA. Only extremists, usually far rightists, rail against a free, for-profit press.

11 ( +11 / -0 )

Manafort is banking on a Dump pardon. Mueller has obviously planned, at least two jumps ahead of Dump. A state prosecution in NY would leave a conviction that trump can't pardon. :)

12 ( +12 / -0 )

Only in Mueller land can you admit stealing hundreds of thousand of dollars from someone, yet the person you stole from is the criminal and you get probation.

-15 ( +0 / -15 )

It’s nice to see Trump fans defending scum. They deserve the humiliation.

As for pardons, go for it. Pardon all the criminals in Trump’s orbit if you want to. It will all go down in the history pages of the US and Republicans/Trump fans will own it until the day they die.

Just be sure to smile bigly for the cameras when it all happens. Tell them you’re a Trump fan, and make sure they understand that pardoning Trump’s buddy criminals made America Great Again.

16 ( +16 / -0 )

About what I thought. That he's $10 million in the pocket of a Russian oligarch tend to focus the mind. Which raises the question: How much is Trump in, and to whom?

14 ( +14 / -0 )

Part and parcel of a criminal enterprise named Trump, Inc. which is still in business and being directed from the White House in the District of Columbia.

The farcical Donald J. Trump, a dangerous embarrasment to We the People of the United States of America, is the main source of fake news, disinformation and misinformation, and the biggest threat to U.S. national security and world peace.

This facsimile of a human being has turned the USA into Absurdistan.

11 ( +11 / -0 )

"Then watch them defend getting into bed with a hostile nation in order to steal the Presidency."

There is absolutely No proof of that whatsoever, none.

None? We can trust your expert legal opinion on that? Isn't it amazing how much some of the posters here claim to know. It's almost like they have all the facts about the case, even things that Trump and his people don't know themselves.

9 ( +9 / -0 )

None? We can trust your expert legal opinion on that?

Pretty much. The legal experts also said, Trump wouldn’t win either. They also said, Trump will take us to war with Korea, sorry, but the experts keep getting it wrong.

Isn't it amazing how much some of the posters here claim to know.

Yes, every liberal I meet claim to know. When I turn on the TV it’s 24/7.

It's almost like they have all the facts about the case, even things that Trump and his people don't know themselves.

No and neither do the liberals, but we do have history to look back and for the left, it’s been kinda lousy. Wonder what the left will do “IF” Manafort gets off or DTJ is not indicated.

-15 ( +0 / -15 )

More specifics, please. Who lied about what?

Take your pick, it’s like going through a bowl of Skittles, taste the rainbow.

And then Trump pardons them and then what?.......you do realize that he cant pardon them Mueller was 10 steps ahead on that one...

Actually, he can. I know the left think they have a say in what the President can do, but they are 100% wrong on that.

http://time.com/5304514/pardon-power-presidents-history/

In the Constitution, the president’s power to pardon for federal crimes is outlined in Article II, Section 2, which gives the Commander-in-Chief power to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States” (though not in “cases of impeachment”). But, though other historical documents like the Federalist Papers can offer clues into the Founding Fathers’ mindsets, suggesting they were concerned with mercy and justice, nothing is specified in the Constitution itself about why and when that power should be used.

So, since then, as TIME has previously reported, presidents have used the power for number of reasons that go beyond addressing miscarriages of justice. Those reasons — in which there’s no argument that the person is innocent, but rather some other factor in play — range from maintaining public order to bolstering their own legacies.

Ok, so he decides to pardon them, if it should come to that and then what?

Cool jump on your private jet and take off....Its no crime to be rich but it is to be a fraudster...

But that’s not an impeachable offense because if that were the case half of Washington and Hollywood would be in prison.

Like nearly every claim that Trump makes.....

Yeah, uh-huh...Trump says a lot of things 24/7 if there were anything remotely resembling a crime, Mueller and Spliff would have jumped on it, I can assure you that.

same old same old throw it back on the media game....dude at least try to get a bit original....

No, it's called calling out the lefts hypocrisy and they got caught.....once again!

How much longer for this? Another year?

"Paul Manafort"

Good grief... How about going after the big criminals like Hillary Clinton? Nah...

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

Trump’s not sweating, he has pardoning powers.

all is ok if Trumps is guilty of collusion or any crimes he can just pardon himself!? Seems like some are already preparing themselves for worse case scenario.

Trump may as well just sign an executive order and do away with the entire legal system and then make himself the tsar of America.

One think Trump cant pardon is being kicked out of office come next election.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

He’s not perfect, but the Washington swamp was there long before he came to office.

Trumps swamp is no different and so far seems far more murky the the Washington swap

7 ( +7 / -0 )

oh ok how about over 3000 lies at an average of 6.5 per day. thats a lot of different Skittle flavours

6 ( +6 / -0 )

@serrano How much longer for this? Another year?

If it takes even more than a year to get to the truth, to find more about the international criminals undermining the US, it's all worth it. The US laws aren't just for 'peasants' (who said that?); they're for the global elites, too.

 big criminals like Hillary Clinton?

So many Trump supporters seem to no longer be able to defend him, instead they deflect. List the crimes Hillary's been officially accused of. I thought Trump was going to have her locked up. It must be she's not done anything illegal or Trump, Sessions etal would have sicced (sic) their DOJ on her by now. Trump's had enough time to create his own 'deep state' staffed with his sycophants. Curious they haven't been able to do what Flynn (how's he doing these days) and Trump wanted.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

ll is ok if Trumps is guilty of collusion or any crimes he can just pardon himself!? Seems like some are already preparing themselves for worse case scenario.

Once again the left is going waaaay overboard.

Trump may as well just sign an executive order and do away with the entire legal system and then make himself the tsar of America.

I hint it’s the left that’s nervous. Because there is less chance or likelihood that the President will be impeached and even if he were, he won’t be removed from office.

One think Trump cant pardon is being kicked out of office come next election.

And who would replace him? Socialist Democrat? Socialist that want to impose regulation and pay taxation and roll back in economy that is booming in over 4.1%, good luck with that, really.

Trumps swamp is no different and so far seems far more murky the the Washington swap.

Impossible! The last two Democratic presidents we defined the word “swamp.”

oh ok how about over 3000 lies at an average of 6.5 per day. thats a lot of different Skittle flavours

Now if you multiply those lies that are coming from the Democrats times to you would need a cruise ship size ship to carry all the skittles in.

Any ideas as to where a guy like Manafort would have ended up in Trump's cabinet had the investigation not happened?

And I'm not convinced he will be convicted. We have a radical, rogue Republican judge making the case all about his politics instead of the rule of law.

"None? We can trust your expert legal opinion on that?"

Pretty much. The legal experts also said...

Or to cut the usual non sequiturs and "what about..." bs, you actually have no better idea of what's going on or what proof there is than anyone else.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Any ideas as to where a guy like Manafort would have ended up in Trump's cabinet had the investigation not happened?

Maybe working with the Chinese?

And I'm not convinced he will be convicted. We have a radical, rogue Republican judge making the case all about his politics instead of the rule of law.

So you’re saying, it would have been better if the Judge would have been Democrat then that way if the law is subverted it’s more acceptable.

Or to cut the usual non sequiturs and "what about..." bs, you actually have no better idea of what's going on or what proof there is than anyone else

And neither do you, exactly.

-12 ( +0 / -12 )

Looks like the "witch hunt" is having a number of successes and people are confessing to their crimes.

I wonder if sweaty Donald has anything he would like to confess to?

5 ( +5 / -0 )

@bass

--More specifics, please. Who lied about what?

Take your pick, it’s like going through a bowl of Skittles, taste the rainbow.

You're not going to get off that easy. If you accuse the MSM of constant lying, man up and give some examples.

Here. I'll give you just six recent Trump lies and see if you can match them with six recent media lies.

--Trump said he didn't know about payments to Stormy Daniels. But he did know about them.

--Trump said he didn't criticize Teresa May in his interview with the Sun, calling it "fake news". But the Sun had audio to prove that he did criticize May.

--Trump said the Steele dossier "was responsible for starting" Mueller's investigation. That is a lie.

--Trump said, "I have watched ICE liberate towns from the grasp of MS-13." That claim is a total fabrication.

--Trump: "U.S. Steel just announced that they are building six new steel mills." Again, total fabrication.

--Trump claims he has the highest poll numbers in the history of the GOP, including Lincoln. (Ha ha.)

Your turn. Give us some "lies" by the "fake media". I know you won't, because you can't.

7 ( +7 / -0 )

The only people confessing to crimes are every single person who is testifying against Manafort. Yet all of those criminals were given immunity or promised no jail time for their testimony.

Interesting that everyone in this trial so far except manafort have been exposed as a thief or a criminal.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Manafort's toast.

Expat - to be sure. The best line I've read about his defense basically said he's pleading guilty without pleading guilty - that is, there is no defense, but then he doesn't have to talk. Which is probably what I'd do if I were $10 million in debt to a Russian oligarch.

And next, the Trumps. This looks to be an interesting autumn.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

The star witness:

“Mueller dropped the 22 tax and bank fraud charges against Gates after the former business partner of Manafort agreed to plead guilty”.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

Testimony given when you are a criminal and you are testifying in order to prevent your own self from going to jail is somewhat.....suspect?

I understand when your crime is small and you squeal on people who did worse crimes. But in this case they all did the same exact crimes together. (If their testimony is true and not made up to avoid jail)

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Testimony given when you are a criminal and you are testifying in order to prevent your own self from going to jail is somewhat.....suspect?

It is. That is why they get questioned about it on the stand. The judge/jurors then get to decide whether the statements made by the person are credible or not.

The Justice System™, serving America since 1776.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Sure. And im saying if I’m a juror and everyone who testifies is confessing to crimes and saying they did crimes “with” someone , I wonder why only one person is being prosecuted.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

But then I come back to reality and realize no Democrat is ever indicted even for just lying to the FBI or Congress. much less for actual crimes (had no intent!!!) then it becomes crystal clear again what’s going on.

Gonna be even better manaforts next trial when Tony Podesta has immunity to testify against him for things they did together.

Podesta didn’t register either but was allowed to do it 3 years after the fact and then close his company to avoid prosecution and get sweet, sweet immunity.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Oh ok you know the laws and anyone that doesn't agree with your opinion is the left same ol same ol....

I never said that, but given the history of how wrong the left has been dealing with this President. History is a strong indicator.

what you talking about dude keep on the page...you seem to have a habit of spinning and going off into a entirely different quadrant...

No, don’t deflect. I know the left enjoy it, but let’s just be honest with ourselves. Seriously, It isn’t an impeachable offense, so now what? Please don’t get upset, I just want to know, what happens if he doesn’t get impeached and if he does, how will he be removed? The Senate won’t do it. You’re running out of options.

Man you get called out on your hypocrisy time and time again...so dude the pie is in your face...once again...

Uhm, how? I’m not trying to take down the President, so everything from collusion to obstruction to failed porn stars, Russia has failed, so now what? Hey, let’s see if we can shake down his son. Yup, Hoover tactics all the way.

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

21 more plus another 20 half truths just from CNN only.

https://www.politifact.com/punditfact/tv/cnn/

plus all the lies about Manafort will “flip” on Trump make a plea deal. He is on trial so obviously not.

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

Not even close to half the posts, been working all day enjoying the opportunities from this Trump economy. nice try though.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Great - Manafort and Gates are going down.

However there is no link between his crimes and the 2016 election. So the big picture story here is that had Manafort not been involved in the election on Trumps side he would have gotten away with it. Doesn’t say much for America’s system of government.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

been working all day enjoying the opportunities from this Trump economy

What if it's a bubble like pre 2008? If there is like a 2019 or 2020 collapse what then? Whose fault is it?

However there is no link between his crimes and the 2016 election.

That's fine. They are investigating crimes, any crimes. Like what happened with GWB WH investigation when Libby was convicted.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

I can't see any actual Americans defending Manafort yet. And why would they? He's clearly guilty as sin.

You know what? I actually agree with you. The question is, does his alleged crimes amount to life imprisonment? Bernie Madoff, I understand, but life? Yeah, never going to happen.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

That's fine. They are investigating crimes, any crimes. Like what happened with GWB WH investigation when Libby was convicted.

Except Libby didn’t commit the crime they were investigating. Somehow he was found guilty of lying about a crime that Richard Armitage admitted to. Libby was never prosecuted for leaking Plame’s name. To top it all off, Armitage, the actual leaker, was never prosecuted. That is what’s going on with Trump. Mueller, will find a crime but it will be a crime related to Trumps defense and completely unrelated to what he was asked to investigate. Give a prosecutor an unlimited budget and unlimited law enforcement authority and you could get a nun put in jail on something.

What’s worse about this, no matter what you think about Trump, is that his political opponent paid for information from Russia and it was used to start an investigation which will not get him on collusion but will get him on an unrelated process crime. And once again, to top it all off, Hillary’s actual collusion with Russia to pay for information used to go after her political opponent will not be investigated and she will not be prosecuted.

So now where does that leave America when half the country notices this politicization of the law? I would argue to you that just this very thing was the reason Trump was elected to begin with. Look at what happened with the IRS. Whether Obama knew about it or not, a government agency was used for political purposes and no one was punished for it. In such an environment it is no wonder that the country has retreat to their tribes.

I am already on board for the resistance to the next president- no matter who it is.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

Except Libby didn’t commit the crime

Yes, he did in a court of law. Guilty verdict.

Hillary’s actual collusion with Russia

Yes, and it's Trump's fault for not having her arrested. He is lazy and he is a failure. He is just all talk about Hillary. It is Trump's fault that Hillary is not in jail. And what about pizzagate? She should be in jail for making child porn.

you could get a nun put in jail on something.

Like what?

there was No Collusion (except by Crooked Hillary and the Democrats)!

(Trump Tweet)

Proof that Trump is a failure since he has failed to arrest Hillary for collusion with Russia. It's Trump's fault for not arresting Hillary. Also, she is getting away with making child porn (pizzagate). What is Trump waiting for. Proof that Trump is nothing more than Twitter-in-chief

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Oh Manafort is guilty as hell, I agree too. But I take offense to everyone but him getting immunity or no jail time promises from mueller just because he had the closest connection to Trump. I can’t justofy him spending rest of life in jail while everyone else who did it too goes back home.

This was already dropped once when he had no connection to Trump years ago and only brought back to try to make him “flip” now.

Unfortunately for him, he can’t flip because Russia collusion never happened so he has nothing to use to flip with.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Trump is cooked either ways like in chess where there either option will seals his fate.

Once Manafort is found guilt and Trump does not provide pardon then Mueller can go back to Manafort and show a plea bargain of reduced sentence in exchange to testify against Trump providing collaborating evidence.

If Trump does provide pardon to Manafort once proven guilty of conspiring with Trump Jr in talking with the Russians then the Democrats can demand impeachment trial in which many Republicans will either sit still and forfeit to vote or vote for knowing s/he may be next to be thrown under the bus at the next election.

Basically it's a lose-lose scenario for Trump.

Let's face it Manafort is not going to sit idle being loyal towards Trump when Mueller offers a bargain like the flea bag he is.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

"Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election."

Mueller? Mueller? Mueller?

My best friend’s sister’s boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who’s going with a girl who said he never got anything on Trump or his son colluding with the Russians on the 2016 election.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Trump is cooked either ways like in chess where there either option will seals his fate.

How so?

Once Manafort is found guilt and Trump does not provide pardon then Mueller can go back to Manafort and show a plea bargain of reduced sentence in exchange to testify against Trump providing collaborating evidence.

And if Manafort doesn't? They tried that with a little Susan McDougal and what happened? Nothing.

That might not even come to that because if the Democrats run on impeachment, that could work in Trump's favor the way it worked for Clinton. Also, what do the Dems offer? What are their plans for the country besides implementing socialism and wanting to impose high taxes?

Basically it's a lose-lose scenario for Trump.

I don't think so, I think he might even have a strengthened hand in this.

Let's face it Manafort is not going to sit idle being loyal towards Trump when Mueller offers a bargain like the flea bag he is.

You don't know that and at the same time, when you have a grand jury behind you as Alan Dershowitz said, once the screws are put to your not only will you sing but you'll also compose.

-5 ( +1 / -6 )

Oh Manafort is guilty as hell, I agree too. But I take offense to everyone but him getting immunity or no jail time promises from mueller just because he had the closest connection to Trump.

Oh, that offends Trump fans? That offends Trump fans?! Bless your heart for finally having some compassion.

But don't worry. Hell get a plea deal, too. All he's gotta do is hand over the dirty on the fat, orange piggy. Oink oink.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

How so?

He lost a lawsuit for his fake university scam. He's used charity funds to pay for business expenses. He used illegal aliens to build his places then didn't pay them since they were illegal. He lied about occupancy to boost sales.

He used illegal aliens to build his places then didn't pay them since they were illegal.

How do you know this happened? Do you the documents to verify this?

He lied about occupancy to boost sales.

Ok and then what?

-7 ( +1 / -8 )

what do the Dems offer? What are their plans for the country besides implementing socialism and wanting to impose high taxes?

Imposition of shariah law. Bans on all guns and Christmas celebrations. Mandatory solar power and flag burnings. Abolition of traditional family values. MS-13 as the sole political party.

By the way, I’m still waiting for you to tell me some recent lies by the MSM. Otherwise we’ll just silently agree that you can’t.

But did he go to prison? Washington does a lot worse, and?

Oh, sorry. You asked for examples that he was crooked, but I think you meant to say that you don’t care that he’s crooked.

No, I was very specific. If he’s crooked then there aren’t enough prisons in the US to hold these politicians.

Impossible! The last two Democratic presidents we defined the word “swamp.”

and the three previous Republican POTUS who started 3 wars costing $trillions, one was started on a WMD lie , killed 100s thousand, then youve got the GFC the biggest stock-market collapse since the great depression , where deregulation of government stock-market oversight under Reagan lead up to the GFC under Bush and a $600billion taxpay bailout , and calculated to cost the the world economy about $6trillion. Dont know about you but that seems like a darn big swamp right there.

Ok and then what? and then come next election well see if the AMerican people want more of this insult to American democracy & decency or he goes the way of Bush Sr.

There isn't a single one of them who is NOT a criminal! LOCK THEM UP!!

2 ( +3 / -1 )

No, you just didn’t like the answers. I’m sorry.

No I think he doesn't like answers that dont actually have any credible facts to back them up, which reminds me that conspiracy theory hate speech site Infowars is finally getting blocked, from social media that actually matters.

@nishikat: Yes, he did in a court of law. Guilty verdict.

I did not say he wasn’t found guilty of a crime. I simply stated the fact that he was not found guilty of outing Valerie Plame. You know- that’s why he was being investigated to begin with. Richard Armitage did the deed yet was never indicted or charged. Why not? Makes no sense to me.

It only makes sense if the point of the investigation was to damage the Bush administration. That’s what’s going on now with Mueller. His investigation is supposed to be about collusion. So why is he using information from Russia - paid for by Hillary- as part of his investigation to take down Trump? I can make a better case that Mueller himself is colluding with the Russians to interfere with American democracy. After all, he is using disinformation from Putin to go after the President of the United States.

If Trump loses the next election it won't be because of his racism or illegal dealings or anything like that. Everyone already knows who he is and Trunp fans support him anyway or because of it.

He will lose because he's ineffective. NK will be closer to nukes, we will have another round of election meddling that Trump won't combat, no Obamacare replacement, no new "renegotiated deals" with better terms, etc.

Cool. That should officially put to rest your interest in anything criminal Clinton has done.

It's always interesting watching the mental gymnastics when they try to justify their current thoughts towards their own team, while trying to maintain their previous position on Clinton, even though the two approaches are polar opposites.

Oh Manafort is guilty as hell, I agree too. But I take offense to everyone but him getting immunity or no jail time promises from mueller just because he had the closest connection to Trump. I can’t justofy him spending rest of life in jail while everyone else who did it too goes back home.

It's interesting that you think that he should not be punished, simply because everyone else may not have been punished for what you consider to be their own crimes.

What other reasons should people be excused from punishments for their crimes?

In other words, Mueller and his left wingers have threatened a guy with prison unless he does what he is told which is pretend to be admitting to a variety of crimes supposedly committed by another guy a decade ago which is totally unrelated to Trump but the left wingers need something to appear as if their fabricated russian collusion investigation is legitimate.

There are some very murky Russian connections here. It's quite alarming just how Putin's Russia has got in deep into this administration. Playing the long game, I guess.

Manafort's toast

yep and Trumps the cheese on the inside, once the heat increases the cheese starts to melt.

No, he was threatened with prison unless he told the truth. None of this alternative facts crap.
