Well, actually the truth is that there were over 4.2 million illegal voters in the 2016 election, but only 3 of them voted Democrat. The rest voted for Trump.
Facts suck don't they Serrano.
Strangerland
You're morally right about how many times the supreme court justices voted with each other?
Um.....
.....
What does morality have to do with something that can be quantified?
That's like you saying water is dry, and you're morally correct about that.

The only voter fraud that has been proven in the 2018 midterm elections was in NC, from a republican operative who illegally collected absentee ballots from poor neighborhoods. NC is holding a new election in that area. https://www.npr.org/2019/02/21/696561080/email-shows-n-c-gop-candidate-sought-out-operative-accused-of-illegal-ballot-sch
If an argument is so weak as to need lies and fake-facts, expect to be called out. If we want to know facts, probably best not to listen to President Trump. Whether he is lying or over-simplifying the topic, it is much more likely that any numbers he gives are wrong, sometimes grossly wrong.

I'm sure all three of them are very nervous
I'm sure you actually believe only three illegals voted in our elections. And they probably voted Republican, right, Stranger?
Blacklabel
I’m morally right so it is not necessary that I be precisely, factually and semantically correct.
show me a 5-4 decision of note where 1 liberal was the swing vote. Justice Roberts has done that at least 5 times in support of liberal cases.
Strangerland
Yes, which you somehow didn't remember, even though it had been stated in the post you were replying to:
Blacklabel
Oh so The NY Times 5 years ago says it happened sometimes. That’s great, how about since Trump has been president?
Strangerland
Here:

Where does it say liberals voted with the conservatives?
PTownsend
That's somehow hard to believe. Could you provide a source?

So far, more than 900,000 votes in congressional elections by illegal aliens were cast in Calif. alone in the 2018 midterms. Those are federal crimes btw, and those criminals are currently being detained by ICE. This SC ruling will guarantee those perps a oneway ticket out of our country.
WINNING!!!

Any illegals who have voted in our elections need to be prioritized for deportation. Cross referencing voter rolls that show convicted illegal aliens who have voted. These people need to be fast-tracked out of our country.
Once word gets out that voting as an illegal is a risk factor for deportation, then illegals will become reluctant to vote. Once the illegals are reluctant to vote, democrats will no longer be so strongly opposed to a border wall.
Serrano
More winning. And it will get even better when Trump replaces the ailing Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court with Amy Coney Barrett.

You don't need to, it was written out there for you to read above.
Or on top of not recalling, do you also not read?
Blacklabel
Yet I know that Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Roberts have all voted with the bloc of 4 liberals recently.
I know this because liberals take great joy in trolling everyone with it when it happens.
I dont recall any of those 4 liberals voting with the conservatives on anything.

@Dango Bong
Most of the plaintiffs in the case are legal immigrants.
@Blacklabel
It's a bit dated but https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/06/24/upshot/24up-scotus-agreement-rates.html has a 2014 list of then-serving justices and how often they agree with each other. Conservatives also vote together a vast majority of the time. But you might be surprised to know that almost ALL of the justices often vote in a bloc. Every single justice at the time agreed with ANY other justice more often than disagreed. The most extreme examples in either direction were Ginsburg and Thomas and they still agreed literally TWICE as often as they disagreed.

Well, it doesn't really matter what Breyer, or the Obama appointees, have to say, because they are in the minority. Their statements only serve to remind others that their minority viewpoint had been discussed, and dismissed, as being unconvincing.

The 9th Circuit is off. We always knew that. They are in the liberal far western states, except a few non-liberal states stuck in that group.
Blacklabel
5-4 again. Has there been any case where the liberals don’t vote in a block? Not one of them can have a differing view about what any law says?
cla68
This is the first of many rulings which will allow President Trump to regain control of the border.
Dango bong
not "immigrants", they are illegal aliens
